Great place to score a used klunker and who knows what else.

They did what they said. I I picked out one tire that look good and a bun inflating it they said it had some cracks they didn't feel comfortable so they chose another tire I got to choose another tire that they felt comfortable with overall I can't complain I got a good trailer tire at a good price

These guys took on my friends falling apart car if which had no brakes each member went above and beyond to make certain we were traveling the safest possible. Mind you it was after 10pm when we pulled over. God bless Kevin fanning and Robert for taking time for strangers and paying for parts and labor

When my boyfriend and I got into a wreck, we called big apple for a tow. Tow service is fast and reliable. And later on when my boyfriend and I got another vehicle, he helped my boyfriend and I out by buying our wrecked vehicle so we could pay our bills. Mechanical service is fast and reliable. Tire service is fast and reliable. And the customer service is awesome

All the cars that come from here are in poor running order for instance I had a car that I had purchased from there and while driving on the freeway the clutch went out because the parts were not what they were supposed to be. Leaving my daughter husband and I stranded with no vehicle for awhile. My honest advice is to either take your own mechanic with you as the ones working there are not licensed or just go somewhere else.

I went down to them to get a good deal on some used tires for my truck (which I did get a good deal). I get two new tires and have the guy put them on. I used to do a lot of mechanic work Iraq during my deployment so I know not to spin lug nuts on with an air wrench, yet this "mechanic" put mine on with the air wrench, no torque wrench used. This was fine until I went hunting the next day and got a flat of my "new" front right tire after a massive leak formed while driving at low speeds on an open dirt road. Still not convinced that it wasn't my fault for the flat (giving them the benefit of the doubt) I get out to change my tire and low and behold, I break off one of my lug nuts trying to remove the flat tire 20 miles into the wilderness of Oregon. I put on my spare, left the mountain and gave them a call. They told me to bring it in and we would figure out what happened (I got the feeling that I was gonna have to pay for the flat. I told them I would if it was my fault). I came down the next day to get the lug nut replaced (which I bought) and get the tire looked at. When I went in to talk to the guys in the shack, my reception was cold at best and I was told that they would get to me. I went out with my daughter to my truck and waited for an hour and half with no one coming out to talk to me. I left with a flat tire and a broken lug nut and telling myself that I will never do business with them again. I suggest you take my advice and steer clear of these guys at all costs!
