Extremely crowded. Whole trips, a lot of tourists, mainly Asian. Great discounts but you have to check items twice that is all ok before you buy. Great huge parking space, very busy but with an excellent crew standing around to direct you to free spaces which was a nice surprise otherwise would be stuck in a traffic. Would go again but not a Christmas time.

We went here with some American friends over the festive season. It's a lovely village, however it is hit and miss here. I've been at times and came away with lots of shopping bags and then times like this where alot of the good stock had sold out.

Well laid out and interesting to explore the different shops. Is easier to come out of peak hours, such as in the evenings. Less busy and can get around it better. Christmas lights all lit up look good too.

Probably the best outlet I have visited. Even the walk from car park was enjoyable. Greeted by immaculate staff very helpful. Toilets a must to visit with plenty of them. Kept extremely clean high end designer shops expect to spend some serious money here

It s very different now, as you have to scan a QR code to get on the digital waitlist, though very smart to manage the queue.

The one downside is that the estimated wait is not accurate as you end up waiting for more than 10 mins and then it s still 10 mins, so you start to move down the strip and before you know it, the store is ready for you so you have to walk all the way back.

Highly advise people to start from Coach (quieter) end then walk down that way to North face (busier). Overall, got some great purchases!

Always crazy busy and hard to navigate due to so many people. Not much to look at unless you have hundreds of pounds to spend freely. Parking is hard to get also so I would recommend the park and ride service if you do visit!

Enjoyed the time there. Shops are centralized, easy to find, have a few nice food and drink selections, washrooms and places are kept very clean. Playground seems very fun for the kids. Only downside is it can get really busy.

It's alright but I didn't like the new queue system that we need to "book" online for to be in the queue for we can get inside of some shops.. and walk around to wait for our turn.. and when it's our turn.. what they expect? That we run to the shop from where we are in that moment?? its ridiculous and waste completely people time. Hope they will stop this rule soon.. because of that I didn't go to a lot of shops that I like..

Went there just before lockdown 2.0. Was shocked to see how many people were let in and the lack of social distancing whilst walking in-between shops. I left early as I felt uncomfortable. The village did have a good xmassy atmosphere but I was not happy to spend time walking around due to the lack of safety measures.

The American mid-western based architecture is really awesome! Parking is free, with a dedicated bus connection to the Bicester railway/train station. A very large number shops available, the prices in some of these shops are rediculously More

If you visit at the wrong time of day, Bicester Village can be a little chaotic. But if you visit on a weekday or early in the morning, it is a pleasure to walk around. Some brilliant shops, although not for everybody's taste of course.

Great selection of brands and products, easy transport from Marylebone Station and friendly staff. If you re staying in a hotel, check in advance if they have any offers with Bicester Village as you can get some vouchers. There is a tax refund area too so you can get the cash in advance!

Not for me. I guess if you buy into the minimalist boutique style of shopping then you'd love it here. I saw people queuing to gain entry into half empty shops. I saw people carrying massive designer label bags with 1 item in each bag. It seems like a waste of time all round. Not my bag baby, not my bag.

Great shopping experience but don't ever buy anyone the Bicester Village gift cards . They never work and it ends up in an embarrassing mess for the recepient the shop and ultimately reflects badly on the gift giver !

Unbelievable. You could not walk with your arms out to the sides without touching at least 3 other ppl. Signs everywhere saying social distance but it was impossible. They've set up digital queues so you don't have to wait in line but a few of them where 1.5 HR waiting time. Dangerous, irresponsible and quite frankly disgusted.

Great destination with many high end brands. Opens from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Come early through the train to avoid the rush. Also ask for hands free shopping where you will be able to send your bags to the collection Centre and pick it before you leave. They have tax refund office and you can get it at the same time. There is many restaurants and coffee shops to rest. Some shops will have an extra sale so ask for it or register through the website to use the voucher.

Hate all the digital ques. Its a nightmare to get into the popular stores like gucci and pandora. Staff were rude about face masks and constantly putting on hand sanitizer otherwise you arnt allowed into the stores. Wont be visiting again soon.

Plan on spending the full day here if you want to get in to certain shops. Some shops close their virtual queues when they are full which means you have to keep going back to the shop to try and get in to the queue

Interesting place in the middle of nowhere. Very clinical layout and lots of designer brands. Very pleasant during the holiday season. Only negative is that being designer means everything is expensive, despite the outlet style discounts. More

Giving it 3 stars as there was just a massive crowd at the time we went. Having to queue 20-30mins min to enter a shop to have most of the popular items sold out. There were even no places to sit and have lunch at Pret. Bicester should consider having more food outlets.

Really nice place good discounts! Although with covid it's more difficult to shop you have to scan barcodes to get in shops and wait for a message to say you can go in a shop whilst your buying in a different shop it's difficult and the barcodes aren't always out either

The downturn in visitors means some of the shops have extra discounts at the moment.
A good time to visit because it s very quiet
It s a very upmarket destination with no doubt high overheads so usually the prices aren t that good but I did find a few bargains now.
If you like your designer stores than this is a must visit if you can t get to central London.

One can buy One of the top most brands here.. It's one stop shop for all the brands you love and fascinate to buy.. There will be discounts through out the year and best time to visit is summer to enjoy the beauty of surroundings and during Christmas you will have lot of offers on most of the brands..

Great place for big brands shopping. Very good discounts for upmarket shoppers. Crowd is also different from usual shopping malls.
Worth a note that there is absolutely no entertainment for kids.
There is a children's playground project in process which should be finished by summer 2019. Until then there is absolutely nothing for toddler and kids entertainment. Shops in Bicester are not children friendly.

One of the most popular destination in UK for locals and foreigners alike. Fashion afiacinados would find this place a haven as internationally famous brands are available at the various shops within the complex. Car parking are available, conveniently located.

Also available are resraurants to feed your hunger while shopping, and a shared contemplation room for devout followers of the various faiths.

Bicester Village is accessible via the M5 motorway either for those travelling from London to the North or vice versa.

Good place for shopping. Big outlet that take about an hour from London. Easy to travel from London to Bicester village by train. Many brand name stores. A few restaurants there. You can spend the whole day shopping at the Bicester village. Trick is to go early in the morning otherwise there will be too clouded.

My visit was when social distancing measures were in place. Most shops offered a normal shopping experience but the smaller ones were running a "virtual" queuing system whereby you scan a code to add to the queue then carry on shopping, then come back at your alloted time (sometimes 40+ mins). In theory this would be okay but with 2 young kids and a bit of rain we didn't join any queue and headed for the ones without them. All the big stores were fine, Boss, Ralph L, Prada etc good value on designer gear.

Bichester village is the high end market in UK for high end retail brands like Prada, Gucci, Armani, Versace, MK, Diesel, Ralph Lauren.
There are around 160 high end retail brands in the village.
Travel a full day visit.
The location is well connected with a lot of national coach .
You can also find many restaurants there to eat while you shop.

It was good experience today after lockdown . Long queues outside outlets even to get enter into the shopping area there was a long queue almost 8 minutes of waiting time. Resturants were open but for takeaway only and all outlets were open aswell. Every outlet is ensuring social distancing inside the outlet and providing masks and sanitizers, outside there was quite busy and no one is following 2m rule though the pavements were marked.

Lovely outlet, good variety of shops ranging from affordable to high end depending on what you are looking for. The only reason I gave 4 star rather than 5 is because there isn't many food places, you either have the option of one cafe or a full on restaurant. There are stalls which sell donuts and crepes but I was disappointed there was nowhere to grab a small bite to eat that wasnt a sandwich.

It was busy but you could comfortably go into all the shops. The only criticism is on Sundays the main high end Brands are closed. We had lovely lunch at the Farmhouse restaurant. Highly recommended.

Cute side entrance with summer flowers. Wished that raincoats and umbrellas were distributed for use from shop to shop as it rained on and off throughout my time there. Umbrellas could be dropped off after use at the various exits. Walked away empty handed unfortunately. There s a big Pret A Manger in it where you can grab a quick lunch. Toilets are plentiful and well cleaned. Also saw Asian offerings like Chinese noodles and dumplings, as well as a kiosk selling bubble tea!

Personally a bit high end for me but great atmosphere and selection of stores to look around.
Despite the caliber of stores prices seem to be lower than the high street. Parking is a bit of an issue but there is a train station that takes you too and from the village.
There was a good selection of places to eat but I thought that with the higher end stores you'd have a more expensive dining experience to match!

All in all a very good day in the sun with a couple of purchases and the Pret is huge!

Very busy no social distancing

Very busy no social distancing
In walk ways at this time shops are limiting the amount of people into the shop which is good

It's a top brands outlet so if you're looking for cheap and good this is not the place to go since everything is still expensive , but it's nicely packed and still has some of the affordable brands to buy from .

The new area now is finish & open for public. The village becomes double its size. On a sunny or dry day, it is a pleasant walk from one shop to another. When it's raining or windy, it's quite a challenge.

Loved it. Accessible by train. The village has many awesome brands. Prices are good. Found a couple of designer pieces for a great price. Different facilities are available like restaurants, cafes, snacks and bathrooms. We spent half a day there and had fun.

It s very hit and miss, sometimes you find some great items and other times you get nothing. My last experience wasn t that great. It s also full of 20 year olds in tracksuits walking around like they own the place. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

Over crowded considering the problems we are having at present.
Long waits to gain entry to shops.
People not wearing masks well within one metre of each other.
Security could try to police it better but I think they would be on a losing battle
