I would like to give 5 negative stars!!! We have been a long time distributor going back over 30 years to when Kingcraft was the calendar supplier and Bic was the rest; and thru the transition from Kingrcraft to Norwood to Bic and to now. Over the years the customer service has continually declined to where I am losing business due to the inadequate service and errors being made. It is challenging enough out here to compete, the last thing you need is your supplier costing you lost business. Super disappointed in this company and the management of it, I guess that's what happens when you are not truly invested in your customers and in the best interest of their clients. For the past 4 years, it has been one excuse after another as why they are making so many mistakes. Once in awhile you get thru to an inside rep who portrays they care and tries to resolve the issues; but for the most part all they can do is provide lip service. Where is the accountability to their clients ... there isn't. As long as the head cheeses and invest companies are making their money, I think that is all that matters to them.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is garbage. For one order, I have had to speak with a different person on the phone 4 days in a row and they still have not even done my proofs correctly. They do not communicate with each other so each time you call in, you are essentially wasting your life away because they will not treat you or your time with respect. Find any other company to use if you can.
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The company has no communication so hours on the phone with a customer service rep is wasted. Terrible company do not reccomend. Their products rarely come in on time and done correctly.
Mary came through and saved my order in time for our event. She was amazing. Products came on time and look fantastic.
Horrendous customer service and looks like I'm not the only one. All I got were lies and excuses why my order did not ship as promised by them. Order from HIT or Illini, much much better.
I typically do not leave reviews unless something is really bad. The quality of product and service has fallen off the earth. I have found that koozie Group has moved customer service to the Philippines. So I imagine all those CSR's in Florida are drawing unemployment. Koozie Group missed my customers in hands date and I am again calling for order status. There is a communication barrier based on the English language. I will need to direct my customers away from this provider going forward. That is if they are still my customers. Good luck to all using this provider.
Bac when they were Bic Graphic, I thought they had problems. I was hoping these problems got handled when they changed their company name but I was entirely wrong. I believe it has actually gotten worse. I work with a company that uses Koozie Group for promotional products and they are never on time or done right. I keep begging my bosses to quit using them but the prices are too cheap. I guess you get what you pay for
