The only issue I came across was when I checked in...

The only issue I came across was when I checked in & went to go find my room. Luckily I was housed in the Apartments because that was right out the door. But there was zero direction on where my room was. The first floor ONLY had direction for the rooms on THat single floor. You would have had to get on the elevator & know to go to the 2nd 3rd or 4th floor to know to go look for more rooms, & at that point it would have been a guessing game and several on & off trips on the elevator. So I had to walk back to the front desk ( at the busiest hour which was noon- check in time) & try finding someone & having them explain.
Had it been raining or ugly weather, & I would have been housed in a further building like the plaza I would not have been happy about walking back & forth for something like that.

My second issue was a little bigger. It was advertised all over the website as well as in my room that there was Buffets in the morning & evening. There was nothing at all that said anything about making reservations to sit down at them. I was extremely upset when I came back from my site seeing so that I could make dinner when they opened at 5, only to be turned away because I didn t have reservations.
So I ordered pizza to my room because it was an impossible time to head back out & find somewhere in a place I wasn t familiar with.
Funny thing about these reservations is I walked right into the buffet area the morning before without anyone checking me in or saying a word to me. Several people did actually, right behind me. So that 15 a day I paid for breakfast was almost pointless because they didn t have staff properly checking who had or had not paid.

Besides those issues the room was perfect, even better than I had expected. Everything was extremely clean & spacious. (I didnt use any of the dishes so can t say anything about those) I would stay here again.

Perfect location near the airport with shuttle bus every 30 mins.
Staff very kind and professional and all together it s a really nice hotel. Highly recommend to everyone. Restaurant serves very! nice food including very rich breakfasts.
And if that wouldn t be enough they have a jumbo jet parked in front of the hotel

Room was very uncomfortable (black hair lay on the mattress, stains were on the carpet, curtains have brown stains, no windows to open, terrible swan picture in the room, which makes you nervous, mattresses slid apart).

Employees were always stressed and superficially friendly.

I would not come back.

Its a very good property to stay they also provide shuttle service from the hotel to city Central and airport at cheap rates and shuttle to airport is free but the negative part about the hotel is that its very far from the city center about 30 minutes in shuttle and 1 hour via public transport ill suggest to take a hotel in centraal as its too time consuming and expensive to travel

Hotel not too bad, a bit noisy during our visit ... apparently there was a private party ... pity that other guests must suffer ... Parking fee ... beware the eyes: 17,5 the night, to take into account in the budget when the room resa!
On the other hand the restaurant of the hotel is to flee, nobody takes care of you, a priori the codes of the French hotel and those of the Netherlands are different ... If we do not ask nobody come to you. .. 10min to know if we should sit or if we install ... 15 other minutes to get the card (and again I have to claim the drinks 10min later ...) 20 more minutes for an order taking! on the other hand the dishes go out quickly but rather cold and leaves a bitter taste in the wallet 15 burger pretty basic with a service like this ... they are not justifying.

I'm pretty sure everyone who works at this hotel is either unqualified or doesn't care. From check in to the shuttle bus to paying for breakfast or food it all takes so long.No one seems to know what they are doing.

Excellent all rounder hotel. Spent 3 fantastic nights. Clean spacious room, wonderful beds, attentive helpful friendly staff, food A* . Frequent shuttle service to airport, shuttle (small charge) to City centre. My Spa experience was 100% too. Enjoyed every minute - I will definitely stay here when I next visit Amsterdam. I have nothing negative at all to say.

What's with all these 5 stars? The room is already...

What's with all these 5 stars? The room is already looking broken and it's 3 months old. It's miles from the city centre, and costs 7.50 euros(although it is round trip). The on site food is astronomical priced. The staff seems in a constant state of confusion with their attempted automation, which required someone to operate. If you're stuck in Amsterdam this is close to airport, if you're a tourist avoid this

I was very excited to stay here. After arriving that changed fast. The hotel is only 3 weeks since first opening. They have alot of operation issues to smooth out. All of their employees are new therefore do not know how to handle simple issues. That being said 99% of our interaction with the employees was very pleasant.

The Hotel is not listed on any of the hotel shuttle signs at airport, we called the front desk to ask where to catch the shuttle, misinformed and confused.

After 3 attempts to catch the correct shuttle we finally just took a cab, 30 euros! Fyi the bus you want to catch is C13. We got to the property and more confusion, took over 45 minutes to simply check in. The front desk clerk, Martin, was handing out free drink vouchers to other upset guests. My turn came and I explained our situation, he was rude and unhelpful.

We are here for 4 days, frustrated and disappointed. Spending over 1000 euros on room, food and drink and do not feel appropriated one cent.

My advice after a year, they will have all their wrinkles ironed out.

Update........ I took my concerns to management, Marieke Dekker, single handedly turned our entire stay around and made it amazing. This young professional is top shelf amazing! Marieke Dekker, knows how to treat people, she is 100% amazing! This company is lucky to have her on their team. She deserves recognition and a raise.

Mrs. DEKKER showed us understanding, compassion and appreciation.

Mrs. DEKKER is going to help this company succeed because she truly cares about her customers.

Once we got past our first impression this Hotel really is a great place to stay. The food is wonderful, the vibe is happy and filled with good music.

Stay here! Give them a little understanding and I promise they will do everything they can to make your visit perfect!

P.S Unor in the restaurant is a wonderful young man with a magical smile. He is great!

Very far from the center, it is appropriate to spend a night if you are going to fly from the airport. To know Amsterdam I do not recommend it. You have to go from there to the airport to catch the train. We traveled in a group and to dine as we were the last ones they did not replace the buffet, so there was almost no food left. The facilities very well, were still under construction.

We are guests at present. I understand the reception desk is handled by staff with no brains but looks of professional. Cannot understand what the customer is enquiring. Just misguide the customer and leave them. I enquired if we need to purchase the tickets for airport shuttle since I saw tickets on their hands. The reception desk told me to purchase them from the bazar desk. I bought the tickets when my daughter came to tell me that the busdriver says airport shuttle is free. . We walk into the room at night 10.30 pm to find a dirty room that has not been serviced. With the bins full of garbage, no toilet tissues beds undone, dirty towels. We were asked to pay for our stay in advance which we had done. After paying , we find their is no service. Regret my stay in corendum.

Good spa, great views in the pool.
The restaurant has a buffet (a large selection of dishes), deliciously prepared.
A little expensive room and board, but I really liked the hotel.

Although it is a B class hotel, the interior and exterior is clean, and the twin rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room was crowded, but the employees worked in tear-pile and did not feel dissatisfaction. I was happy to be ready too

Nice, clean, modern and comfy rooms with lots of space.
Some frustrating things though... lack of staff. Self check in means you welcome yourself and learn nothing about the hotel. The shuttle to the city is a great offer (why I booked this hotel), but there's no family rate and was always late (up to 35 mins feeling tired and frustrated). People constantly didn't have tickets so also held us up even more...Please put signs up telling people clearly that they need a ticket beforehand! Such a frustrating situation to be wasting so much time for 30 each day for one adult and 3 children.
Not easy to find family friendly food. Would cost 100 for one adult and 3 children for dinner (under 16). This made eating at hotel unaffordable. No food nearby either if walking. So had to 'snack' a lot on crisps etc!

It's OK. One of the beds in our room was broken. It should actually be a double bed anyway, but you just push two small ones together. Accordingly, the sleeping comfort is of course also. You can't open a window. The air conditioning works well but does not replace the fresh air. Breakfast was okay too, not much more. Parking costs extra although when booking you get the impression that it is included. Great surprise upon check out.
Spa area was okay, but it makes a bigger impression on the pictures. But you have to go to the main building, a 3-minute walk (we were in Haus Urban).
Otherwise great idea with the plane on the premises. The sky bar is great too.

We have stayed in the apartments area,everything was fine,clean and tidy,good environment, the parking is a rip-off for people who travel by car ,you should improve this service 17.5 per day ,information that you find out after you book, and my biggest disappointment is after almost one week of travelling every day with the bus shuttle in the last day we have been confronted by the bus driver that we have to pay for our 3y son because it s not safety to travel in his father s lap so we have to pay the ticket to sit on it s own seat ,I have talked with someone from the reception,no manager was on site to have a discussion to inform him about this ,at the beginning of the week we have asked about the fact that we have to pay for the kid and the answer was no.Different day different rule. Extremely rude bus driver speaking in Dutch with other so I cannot understand what they were talking about even if I have insisted couple times to stop doing that. The staff in the hotel tried to convince me that is for my child safety to buy a ticket even if were people who were standing in the bus because there were no seating available (important safety rule no hand rail to hold or something if you are lucky to grab a seat if not you travel unsafe or wait another hour for the next bus) impresive. Overall a bitter experience in our last day . If you want to come at this hotel prepare a good amount of money to spend extra

Wrong info ... everywhere it seems that you book all inclusive, only when you arrive it appears that you have to book this extra! Incorrect information, mislead!

In addition, they had promised that the buffet would be child-friendly, fries, frikandellen, chicken nuggets you name it ...
So done ... no frikandels or chicken nuggets. It was fries .. but that was always gone and when there were, it was half black and rock hard!

Very nice hotel especially when you have an early morning flight and stay for the day. Parking bit expensive but the night receptionist opened the gate for us so that was a great service.

Good and big rooms. Nice indoor pool and spa and very good food in restaurant

We are having group of 319 persons of ALKEM INCENTIVES booked through KUONI. Had great experience. I had stayed 4 different hotels as per the requirement ie CORENDON VILLAGE, Park inn , Radisson Blu and N H SCHIPHOL -- all airport hotels. But believe me I enjoyed CORENDON VILLAGE most. Its BREAKFAST spread is amazing. No other hotel matches it. Not even near to Breakfast provided by your hotel. Yours is a happening place compare to other hotels . of course the shuttle service is main advantage to the customers.

If I would come again with my family I would definitely would be your guest.

Super hotel I have to say staff very friendly helpful our room in the apartment area was great and clean there is a city shuttle bus which every hour drives everything top I have to say highly recommended I am looking forward to the next time a tip from me the city shuttle bus the last leaves from City at 22:30 if you want to stay longer is not an issue you take back the train to the shiphol (airport) there is until 1 o'clock and from there you can take a taxi to the hotel until next time bye

Too far from city. Nothing is nearby. It costs 50 Euros for a taxi to Center of town. Have to take the hotel Shuttle to the airport to find something to eat or you can catch the train from the airport to the city center which is ridiculous. Breakfast room is small and very crowded.

Poor hotel, the level of service does not match the price, rooms with old wooden furniture, plumbing so-so and the Internet barely breathes. Big disappointment :(

Update: Urban everything was ok. Better room space, view from the windows, bathroom and wardrobe. In addition there was a table in the room of the main building. So I change my evaluation to 4 *.

when booking in advance problems with payment card, different card taken, everything OK. Due to the problem with payment card, the website had adjusted the date back to the date on which we entered this. So no more rooms on site, much more expensive room. If the hotel had wanted to make an effort, I would have given a much better score, but this service was far away.

The room was clean, sheets and towels were changed daily.

Very high comfort of living. The downside was the lack of cutlery and crockery. Besides, the air conditioning didn't work well - the heating was awfully weak.

On the website with the offer it was written that there is a gym and SPA available, but the latter will not be introduced until July this year.

Breakfasts were served until 10:30, and at weekends until 11:00. A lot of things to choose from in the buffet, everyone will find something for themselves.

Staff was happy to answer questions. Most of them speak English, but some employees were able to communicate in German. :)

It takes around 40 minutes to get to Amsterdam city center by public transport. I recommend taking one stop (Schiphol, Knooppunt Schiphol Noord) towards the center. Later, you can change to bus 397 and get off at the last stop (Amsterdam, Busstation Elandsgracht). This stop is close to the station. Get off early if you prefer and take the tram (towards Centraal Station).

You can also go downtown with Uber. Cost 18 - 25 depending on your luck (I recommend waiting a few minutes because prices change quickly). : D

Even though it is a bit far from the center, I recommend this hotel. :)

Fantastic hotel. Excellent service and everything well arranged in corona time. We also had a delicious meal. And excellent service with tour buses and all kinds of trips to various locations. We had chosen Zandvoort. And that was a pleasant surprise. See you soon, we will definitely be back.

Ideal place to spend the night if you have to be at Schiphol early. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious, possibility to make tea. I found the mattress too soft, but that is personal, a second pillow would also be good. Modern shower with enough towels.

Buffet is tasty and well cared for.

1 minus point there was nowhere a bookcase, while there are so many vacationers.

My Stay last year great hotel but BE VERY CAUTIOUS:

Great hotel facilities .However Management and a few staff memebers let the establishment down.

Sadly due to error not on our part we were booked in twice.
"Management" refused to waiver it and instead told us it wasn't up to them (Which it was) and told me to call the booking company. I was on the phone with them for 2hr if not more trying to solve the problem. Worst thing you want to be doing on vacation.

The booking company indeed told me it was up to the hotel. Which decided they were indeed going to charge me for the double booking.

We stayed in both buildings:
New building nice and very clean.
Old building good, carpets in the rooms could do with a shampoo.
Staff need to check the bedding carefully. One if the pillow were very stained with a dark fluid.

The shuttle service was a great Idea, however be careful when booking it on the hotel systems. We were told after trying several times the transaction didn't go through due to the internet system going down.

Sadly after checking out, I was going through all my transaction and indeed it did go through.
I went down to reception and filled in a form to be reimbursed.

On arrival back to the UK I chased it up 5days later.
And was passed on from pillar to post over a two week period, still with no refund.

So overall hotel facilities and Amsterdam is great.

Just beware when using your card for transactions.

The DIY check-in was very simple and still very well looked after. The room was ready on time and very clean. The food was great and left nothing to be desired. The only deduction is that the staff with empty glasses and the pay wish was a bit inattentive, despite a small number of guests. Otherwise everyone would be very nice and there is nothing to complain about.
