Poor customer service small facility compared to others in the area

Gentlemen that helped me was awesome. He took the time to explain all the repairs that needed to be done on my car. He kept me abreast on the repairs. Staff was also very friendly.

Prompt and accurate estimate; worked well with my insurance carrier;
courteous and professional; OEM quality wokmanship; delivered my
vehicle on time. I love you guys!

I stopped in for a quick estimate for my bumper that came loose. They were quick, friendly and fixed it for me same day. Definitely will be going back for future work!

I was in an accident and the insured that hit me insurance company sent me to Fred Bianco Auto Body to do the repairs. I have to say if I could give Joe Scanlon and Fred Bianco a 50 star rating, I would give it to them. They did outstanding work on my car. They took their time and did it right. They kept me in the loop on what was going on and the timing. Joe made everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend and will go back if I ever have any auto body needs in the future.

Have been a customer for over 30 years, the only things that changes is technology.

The service is blah...the work is blah..You can have a better conversation with a wall then with the woman who answers the phone. Their in a great location, however its worth driving further for better service and people with communication skills. Save yourself time go somewhere else.

I don't believe anyone looks forward to having an accident with their vehicle. But if you do Fred Bianco Auto Collision is the place to go. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful they made the whole process seamless from Joe who helped handle the Insurance for my husband, Michael who patiently answered any questions that I had and Wanda who kept us informed on the progress. The work done was absolute perfection my husband's truck looked like a new vehicle when we picked it up. If I could give them 10 stars I would .

Our car service was performed swiftly, accurately and thoroughly. The staff was exceptional and best of all they detailed my car! What a unexpected but welcomed surprise!

They only place in South Jersey I would even consider for auto body work.

Had to take my jeep Wrangler back a second time for paint on hinges, first time took them two weeks to paint hinges and it should have taken 3 days.... Not happy with Fred Bianco Auto body.

I've been dealing with this company for quite some time now and I will say there is no body shop in Cumberland County that is extremely caring and helpful. The staff is courteous and welcoming. You are not treated like a number. They're always making sure to keep you informed about everything that is going on with your vehicle. I can go on and on, I will always take my vehicles to Fred Bianco and I will refer friends and family to do business with them. Thank you so much for the amazing job done.

Front bumper on our truck was damaged when it hit a deer. We had
two quotes. Bianco was less expensive so we used them. Picked
up our truck 3 week later (for a bumper repair) and the price went
up higher than the 2nd quote we didn't use. Years ago, Bianco
did all our work and there was a problem so we stopped. Decided
to try again. Big mistake, not happy with service time or quote.

Excellent and professional customer service. Delivered as promised. Extremely satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend and return (hope I never have to) ! Thank you again!
