On 6 July 2020, I preordered a Bianchi Hybrid bike from Bike Attack, as a birthday gift for a family member. They took full payment, not a deposit. The Delivery was to be in August. In September, the delivery date changed to October. In October, the delivery date changed to November. As of February 2021, neither Bike Attack nor Bianchi USA (S.P.A) respond as to when the bike will be delivered. It takes about 3 to 7 months to order & for delivery of a custom Ferrari that contains about 30,000 parts. In comparison, a bike has about 800 parts and they cannot deliver a bike in 7 months. Sales delivery promises & Customer feedback are atrocious.
