Worst company for employment that I have ever seen. They had a stupid test which has absolutely nothing to do with job role, the working environment is trash the building is trash and the people look like they have lost their will to live.
BHSF is great, they pay you back really quick. I always use the online claim back form. get paid back in a couple of days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will not support you in any way, the most unreliable insurance company I have ever dealt with, bad communication and change policies without notifying with the correct details.
Borderline fraudulent company
The health cash plans they offer are Not value for money At All,. It's so sickening to see the years of paying in and you get older but the plans hardly give anything back in return.. It's definitely not worth it. you lose more money than More
Great health plans and really easy to claim, either fill in the forms provided or claim on the website, no problem. Paid by bank transfer so no messing about with cheques.
Also, I have been able to cancel our Denplan Essentials contract as it is no longer needed.
I worked for BHSF for just over a year, every person within the company was friendly, kind and helpful, even the senior management team were very approachable and pleasant. The company takes its duty of care towards its staff very seriously and helped me through tough times. The same can be said with regards to the way they treat their customers, with the utmost levels of professionalism and customer care. If I hadn't relocated, I would have stayed, great company.

how hard is it to supply a claim form. 4 requests via email. 2 telephone calls promising a claim form via email. still nothing sent/received. quite happy to get your money from you but nothing back when you try to claim. utterly disappointed with this company
Fantastic service payment in days, I had a question about some day surgery benefit I forgot about last Oct the agent was friendly and helpful saying I had 6 months from the date of the surgery, payment now approved to be paid in 3 working days
