I recently engaged the services of a security system provider, and my experience was not up to par. The installation process was slower than anticipated, and I found the staff's communication to be lacking. 📞 Despite my efforts to seek clarification, there seemed to be a disconnect that left me feeling uneasy about the whole process. On the technical side, the system has had several glitches, which hasn’t instilled much confidence. Overall, I think there’s significant room for improvement in both customer service and product reliability. 🛠️

Poor service and unresponsive customer support. Disappointed.
