This company doesn't have ethics. They have fired people during peak covid time. Especially they targeted only those who were in need of Job and who are seniors in the organization. One of my closed one had contributed to this organization and they have fired that employee by taking resignation forcefully. After enormous request from employee also just to give 25% salary, So called Bhuruka didn't agree. This is the standard of this organization. Here i am not referring to one particular employee there are list of employees who they have taken resignation forcefully. The same employees when they have worked OT they didnt paid extra. 0 Principle/ethics. Need to sue such kind of organization. Dont spoil your career by joining such pathetic company. The curse/pain of each employee who has been kicked out will be answered one day by making this company go on loss.
