Worst App and very poor service by airtel in Postpaid Plan of 499. They have charged High but not give the good service and connectivity in Delhi- NCR, as well knowledge gap of call center person, someone says something and someone says other things in the same case.. i really unhappy with Airtel, i was port my number Idea to Airtel because of good connectivity as well good service but here happened vise-versa. Poor service Totally unhappy with Airtel. I would suggest you all don't use airtel.

I've come to this store four times. Once to get a 4G SIM (they took 5 mins) , once to get a new sim, another time to get my wife a new sim, another time to inquire. The staff is knowledgable. The Air Conditioner is always broke. Also they make you wait for some time and I wish they spoke better English cause making one understand plans tech stuff in HINDI is not everyone's game. Otherwise great store and the only one I go to.
