A studio in the perfect central location that does the job well at affordable rates. Recently painted. Great place to run regular yoga sessions, dance, rehearsals etc etc.
Only by steep stairs. A small dance room with mirrors along only one wall. A bit rundown but the place has a peaceful vibe, not busy like dance studios often have. Not near enough to a tube or train station in the rain.

I should've said that it was months that I was there. I hear it has been worked on since then. And to be fair it's probably my perception that the stairs are steep, because with walls on both sides, they appear steep when you have a processing disorder and a knee condition.
