We are a Auto Repair Facility. We really like the products, However, had an incident with a BG Rep doing a demonstration of a BG Tool with product on our Clients vehicle. The tool and product damaged my Client's truck which cost over $3,000 dollars to repair. BG would not fully stand behind the warranty and shorted me over $700. I found out they shorted me after 3 months of me calling them to fix this issue from their tool damaging my Client's vehicle. Never once did an Owner or Manager call me to handle this issue right away, instead we were left in the dark until 3 months later. The chemicals and solutions seem to work but with terrible support and service would not recommend them. If they won't stand behind their products and tools you are taking a lot of risk using their products!

SCAM!!!!!!!!The products they sell are too expensive and it cost 80 dollars for 4 quarts of oil. Dont do the oil change with road side service you will get ripped off.
I have used BG Products for years now. They have proven themselves to be a worthwhile investment in your vehicles longevity. I'm a master automotive technician and in the beginning, I was reluctant to sell/use them. One thing that helped prove their worth to me was the cooling system flush. I had a customer bring in their car and it was really neglected. The coolant looked like mud (literally). Years before, I had a similar situation and flushed the car with another product from another company and it came back in a day or two with the customer accusing us of not having really doing the flush. This time, I used the BG flush and it looked good when it left. A day or two later, they brought it back for tires and when I noticed the car was back, I opened the radiator cap and took a look. The coolant looked perfect... I have also had good results with the 3 part fuel systems cleaner in fixing misfires caused by dirty injectors and carbon build up. One word of caution would be in regards to the "Universal" transmission fluid. I always road tested vehicles before and after doing a transmission flush. I used the universal fluid on a Chrysler product that required Mopar +4 and had to redo it with the proper fluid. Problem solved. I am not a fan of universal fluids, but BG's cleaners are second to none. I have not used a lot of engine oil flush products (MOA) because in my mind, it the oil changes are done on schedule, it is not necessary. It is these neglected vehicles that concern me. I see people have written reviews stating that BG had blown their engines. I doubt that. I think neglect blew the engine and BG was unable to provide a miracle additive. I can say with the utmost confidence that BG products are high quality and used by top technicians in top shelf automotive repair facilities. I even earned a couple BG tee shirts a few years back doing "Royal Flushes", which is 5 flushes on the same vehicle. (I.E., Coolant, fuel, transmission, brake, and power steering). I am no longer turning wrenches, so I probably won't be getting any more tee shirts any time soon. I now am focused on diagnostic and programming work. Fortunately/unfortunately, my tee shirts are XL and I lost a bunch of weight and now wear size Large, so they no longer fit me properly. Oh well. Bottom line; BG Products are great!
Totally off topic buttttt today around 1:33 -2:35 someone was trying to login to my Instagram. I however do not live in kansas, and because they were able to login, instagram does in fact include location as to where, when, what time, and what phone they have. Instagram told me the location of who was trying to login and it was here. Idk about the business but the people obviously arent trustworthy So lets please leave the teen girl that has nothing to do with you alone
We've been using BG products for years at our shop. They do their jobs well and their protection plan is amazing-- that plan seems too good to be true, but it is legit!
We've had their chemicals fix problems that sometimes would take mechanical repairs or physical cleaning to otherwise correct.
They stand behind their products by paying for any needed repairs for the systems they protect. And they don't quibble about the cost of the repairs, or try to rake the shop over the coals.
I am impressed by the products and the protection plan!
After purchasing their product for years I called and had a question about the product. The receptionist said they don't have anyone to answer any questions about their product and referred me to a local shop here who was not sure when they could get back to me.
We are a Shop that has used Bg products for about 6 years now. Our first Bg rep was awesome he always had product if we had a issue he took care of it. Since he left 3 years ago we have had horrible service. No rep shows up consistently. We always have to call in our orders. We have asked several times for Machine work and Flyers for our customers and We get Nothing!!! We are looking into removing product from shelves and finding a new product for our customers. It is a shame no one from the Territory or Corporate office seems to care. We are the ones trying to sell Their product. And with that kind of service from their employees It is a wonder they are still in business
I have a story about a friends repair facility, using BG MOA oil additive. The technician had completed a filter housing assembly repair job, had put in the BG but forgot to put engine oil in The vehicle came back two days later in almost 60 miles on the odometer and the BG actually saved the motor. I had a chance to see this first hand. He tore apart the oil filter, to take pictures and there was ZERO metal, the vehicle was running but only registering 4psi. MOA saved the motor.
Hi, Two days ago, I made an order by the Israeli BG product importer.
Today, when I came to pick up my order, I was told they run out of BG Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner PN 4073 . Since I paid in advance, I was given BG Hi-Delivery Carb and Choke Cleaner PN 412, as substitute. The guy guaranty the BG Hi-Delivery Carb and Choke Cleaner PN 412 will be as effective as BG Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner PN 4073 and won't harm the Mass Air Flow Sensor. Since the Mass Air Flow Sensor is very expensive and delicate sensor, I like to be sure that what the guy said is accurate. Please let me know ASAP. Best regards
Family has been using BG for years. It seems like all of the bad reviews come from things that can't be controlled or user error. Their products speak for themselves. The product doesn't blow your engine the operator does.
