This is worse company employees does not have any experience

This is the worst company I've ever worked for in 25 years. Management and HR promote hostile work environment. Disorganized and lacking skilled management.

The Worst Company to work for !! They tell you it is a full-time job but then lay you off when it is not busy or move you to general labour. They describe the job as IT/Computer technology but then all you do is open boxes and plug in in cables and force you to work night shift and long hours.

Low wages, rude managers who teach you nothing .They take advantage of immigrants who don't understand their rights.

Stay away from this company avoid at it all costs or you will get burned !.

Honestly HR doesn't give a damn about the employees. All they do is hide and fool you. I recommend anywhere else but here.

If you ask to switch shifts with another person, they will eventually fire you over that, piece of garbage company with no respect for their employees

i have been in the work force for over 37 years and have worked for both public and private companies. I can honestly say that BFG is one of the absolute worst places of i have ever worked for. I would never tell anyone not to take a job there, as jobs are hard to come by, but if you are given a choice, run from this company and don't look back. Pay was not so bad starting out, but after almost three years working there, all we received was a 5000 dollar a year pay cut!!. Bad benefits, very bad communication if any at all and treated very badly by management for the most part. Threats, and insults are the preferred method of communication. Bad people, no room for advancement at all and the only pay cuts. You can make up your own mind, but i can promise you that if you chose to work for these people you will regret it. i think that young people that start here who have nothing to compare it too are the ones that say positive things about it. for those of us that know better, it is a horrible, disrespectful company that i am VERY happy to be away from. good luck

Horrible company that treats employees like garbage. Speaking of garbage, this place doesn't recycle at all. Everything from plastic to paper to cardboard is thrown in the garbage. Avoid this place like the plague; vile and toxic environment.

Fast growing business with room for you to move up. Their is so much opportunity within this organization, if you have the privilege to work here take advantage!
