Only gave a 1 because there was no 0...All but the captain & one other officer was nice & tried to help, the rudest, non helpful PD i have ever came across. Shameful how they treat people...

Reports of all the arrests of deputies for crimes COULD be construed as evidence of a bad office. Nope. You are keeping your oath to uphold the Constitution and all laws by ALL people. Thank you for cleaning house and setting a fine exampke for policing.

Since when does a County Sheriff appear in a privately owned companies commercials? Especially while in uniform and representing the people of Bexar County?

Lot of really friendly officers. Oh Gawd they are friedly. Talk to officer Cortez, he will make sure every thing feels like heaven on earth.

Refused to respond to a noise complaint even after I called 3 times about this neighbor. I do not have the neighbor's number and don't want to knock on their door because they're drinking. I had a friend get shot over loud music before.
I'm completely disgusted at the lack of service to our community.

Received a very poor experience overnight with the dispatcher. I called non emergency line to see why a sheriff was knocking on my door at 11p.m. as I reviewed my security camera footage. This was all the while me n my family were asleep and did not hear her knocking or the door doorbell. I called back at 1 a.m. to make sure there was not an emergency or if they needed any information from me. The dispatcher told me not to be afraid of the police and that I should have opened the door. I WAS ASLEEP!

If I could give zero stars I would. Deputies rarely respond to non emergency calls and when they dont lie to dispatch because they are lazy and would rather sit in their trucks and get paid and say there was nothing. I respect SAPD but BEXAR COUNTY DEPUTUES ARE A JOKE.

Such asholes like you are one of the reasons we never visite usa!
