Already own 3 bottles, but was wanting a flip top bottle. I messaged the company asking if they would ever do a bottle with moonstone.
Never expected the company to make my own bottle with moonstone in the middle. I recieved the bottle within 2 days of ordering and as always with a lovely loose stone placed on top of the carton packaging.
I now have a bespoke bottle! Lovely company

Terrible service. I am yet to receive my item which has now massively exceeded the delivery time frame provided. I have tried to contact BeWater on various emails & social media outlets but have no response at all.
I have had a Bewater crystal bottle for a few years now and unfortunately lost the lid.. Bewater just sent me a replacement for free..! I'm so happy with their customer service and with the product too. Will definately be back x
I can't imagine drinking water from a bottle other than bewater's. I simply love it. Also, I want to thank the team for all the follow-up they did to make sure that I receive my bottle.

You know the moment when you fall in love with someone, you get overly excited and can't stop thinking about the person. I have been happily married since many years and falling in love wasn't really on my agenda BUT then I saw a friend with a Bewater bottle and fell head over heels in love. First with the bottle design, then with the company! Their service is incredibly caring (I had so many questions making a choice and all where patiently answered) and generous (bought my friend a bottle and she dropped it unluckily but Bewater replaced it without asking any questions). You guys rock. Please also write a customer service manual and distribute it to all businesses with mediocre service. Annik x
