I recently purchased a mattress from bettersleep.ae and unfortunately, I have to rate my experience as average. 😐 While they do offer a wide range of brands like Coco-Mat, Perdormire, Yatsan, and Tempur, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. 🙄 The delivery process took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. 😔 Additionally, the website itself could be more user-friendly, as it was a bit confusing to navigate. 🤔 On the positive side, the quality of the mattress I received was good and provided decent comfort. 😌 However, considering the price paid, I was hoping for a more seamless experience overall. 🤷‍♀️ Overall, an average experience - not bad, but not outstanding either.
