Main thoughts after going there often from 2015 - 2017; This church and their pastors care more about Calvinism and Doctrine than they do for people and relationships. Despite it s Fundamentalist leanings, and flaws it isn t a 1 star church. It has some good music, coffee and Danish so there is something. Also, they try to spread the word of God that is written in the Bible. Still it can definitely do a lot better to actually try to Love people, as we all can.

If you are someone who is new to their Faith, young, or seeking, GO ELSEWHERE. Try Hope Community Church (sister church) if you are looking downtown or River Valley.

If you are serious about knowing God and be challenged to grow and showered by grace and surrounded by truth, this is the place. Excellent church.

Excellent church with a high value for the word of God. Peaching is always central to Jesus and the gospel. You can be sure to hear truth and the good news of what God has done through Christ every sermon. I also appreciate the call to repentance, belief, and worship. I am continually convicted and encouraged, and feel the Holy Spirit at work here.

I am a devout ATHEIST. I only visited the church as it is my voting place. I HATE the Baptist teachings!

I ve loved worshipping with this body. Very biblical, loving, and gospel-centered.

The Spirit in this church is strong. The congregation is helpful and very accepting of others. The Spirit of God lives in this church. I have always felt comfortable when I enter here. I am a sinner yet no one looks down on me. Praise God Almighty!!!

One of the best churches you could be a part of. Solid preaching, solid doctrine, gracious members, and all in an excellent city. Minneapolis.

Overall this church is excellent. My biggest complaint is the location. When there is a sporting event or concert, it's super hard to find parking. The other, more serious issue is that it's easy to be anonymous at this church. The onus is on the individual to get plugged into a small group / community group and no one really greets people so it's hard to get to know people.
The preaching is solid though so I still give Bethlehem 4 out of 5 stars.
They love God and love His people.

This church does not teach what God says in the Bible about how to be saved. Instead, they teach works for salvation, rather than what Jesus did on the cross as our only way to heaven. (Romans 4:5; Romans 3:20-28; John 3:16-17.) They also exclude many people from God's free gift of eternal life, but God excludes no one. He died for ALL. All one must do is believe what Jesus did on their behalf. This church does not follow God's words.
Believe God, not man!

My new favorite church. Great service and the people are more then what I imagine. This is such a blessing and I owe it all to the Lord to meet these kind of people and to be part of such a good community that they also want others to do good as well.
