When I first arrived I was treated very kindly. The test drive went well and the salesman seemed very engaged. I was impressed. After the test drive we began to talk numbers and that s when the professionalism went out the window. I had actually planned to purchase the vehicle, but the salesman s attitude changed so quickly when I expressed I thought the cost was a little high and tried to negotiate. Anywho no surprise here he told me he couldn t meet me at my number which again, I anticipated, and still had planned on buying. But at that point he stopped trying and his whole demeanor changed. He quickly showed me the door, which up until this point he had been quite willing to open for me. On my way out he didn t even bother walking me all the way to it. I was upset at first, but maybe they just aren t used to young customers who know what they want. I kind of got the feeling he thought I was toying with him. I m an auditor, I just passed my certification exam and deserve a gift, a new car is that gift, but I m also a numbers person. The numbers weren t quite adding up to me. I just will have to locate it elsewhere! Mercedes dealers all across MD. I would suggest another dealership personally!
