Bethesda Motors Review

When I first arrived I was treated very kindly. The test drive went well and the salesman seemed very engaged. I was impressed. After the test drive we began to talk numbers and that s when the professionalism went out the window. I had actually planned to purchase the vehicle, but the salesman s attitude changed so quickly when I expressed I thought the cost was a little high and tried to negotiate. Anywho no surprise here he told me he couldn t meet me at my number which again, I anticipated, and still had planned on buying. But at that point he stopped trying and his whole demeanor changed. He quickly showed me the door, which up until this point he had been quite willing to open for me. On my way out he didn t even bother walking me all the way to it. I was upset at first, but maybe they just aren t used to young customers who know what they want. I kind of got the feeling he thought I was toying with him. I m an auditor, I just passed my certification exam and deserve a gift, a new car is that gift, but I m also a numbers person. The numbers weren t quite adding up to me. I just will have to locate it elsewhere! Mercedes dealers all across MD. I would suggest another dealership personally!

As usual good experience, done timely.It also helps to have a wonderful service representative who goes by the name of Dennis Shrewsberry.

When the Winter ends and the salt is finally washed from the roads I usually splurge and have my car (a Volvo) detailed. My regular place was booked up, so I took a chance and made an appointment with Euro MotorCars in Bethesda. I am glad I did. The entire staff is incredibly professional. German Martinez, the service coordinator, made sure everything went smoothly. When I got my car back I was shocked it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. A very thorough job, far better than at my old shop, and the price was right. I will definitely go back there, and I recommend their services most highly.

Luis Mendoza was extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half with my new Sprinter. Luis even made the paperwork process a seamless one. Moreover, there were no surprises when signing the documents. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made!

This was my second "car buying experience" and for the most part it was ruined here. I bought a 2015 Audi A3 from the dealership from their used car salesmen Rene. The day of my test drive I had brought up an electronic warning sign I had witnessed in the vehicle (I had also taken a picture) but was quickly reassured it was the "traction control signal" for the car - it was not. When he spoke to my mom the day of pick up he also reassured the wheels would be buffed from curb rash and the car would have a full tank of gas (it didn't.) I've had the car for about 2 weeks now and have already made a trip to their service facility for multiple issues where both the Audi service department & my original salesmen failed to update me for over 24 hours on my vehicle's status and when I called to find out what was happening neither of the service departments were aware my vehicle was even supposed to be there. I have severe anxiety so this experience makes me not even want to go near the dealership again.

I have used Mercedes- Benz of Bethesda service for many years now. My service advisor, Mr. Mike Lang, was terrific, transparent, courteous and professional! He explain what they will do and will call if they need to make any changes, which is not often at all. They re always very honest and never do extra work without your consent. Overall I was very pleased with my service. Thank you MB of Bethesda!

I always like coming here. The entire staff is always very courteous and exceptionally professional. They take care of anything you need with a smile and a handshake. Rabi and German are the best. Rabi is the best salesman. He is not pushy or aggressive in any way. German is the best service representative. Very polite and reassuring. This is the only place to go if you want a Mercedes-Benz. They have them all!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND EURO MOTORCARS of BETHESDA!!!
