I found that Bethel health care treats their patients with dignity and kindness. They make sure that all their wants and needs are met. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of service such as rehab or long term care.

Initially, I was apprehensive about being in a rehab facility. Never having had the need before, I saw this as an adventure of sorts. Of course, I was not myself as I was I in acute pain. The first days are a bit of a blur; but as I became used to the routine, It became apparent that all the staff were here to help all of us get well.
Unfortunately, it also became apparent that they were understaffed. Everyone hustled and did their best.
I especially felt the help I received from my PT gal, Jenny and my OT gal, Sharon amazing. They were so encouraging. All of the aides were helpful and kind. Dr. Cliff made sure my pain meds were working. Dr. Cantor was especially helpful helping me to understand just what had been going on with my back.
The kitchen prepared very tasty meals and were so good with their choices. Traci was a joy to see and the staff delivering the meals were most accommodating and pleasant.

Great people, friendly staff, I am looking into becoming a permanent resident.
Unanticipated events occur in our lives that require quick responses. The one that confronted me was the need to select a rehab facility after undergoing emergency surgery. There was no question in my mind that Bethel health Care Center was my number one choice for a number of reasons. I knew that their therapy department was highly rated. In addition, some friends had stayed at the facility with favorable comments. Whenever I would visit them, I was impressed with the overall appearance and the degree of cleanliness at the center. My time here has definitely reassured me that my choice was the right one. The personnel at all levels has been professional, friendly and always willing to help. The most perfect example is my PCT, Tom Tehan who couldn't be more helpful in every way.The therapists have been working patiently and diligently with me every day with positive results. We are very pleased with the care and attention that my father has received here. The staff is caring and friendly. The facility is very clean and modern. The food is great. This is the only facility that my family will go to. We very highly recommend! During this time of covid had us secure in knowing that proper measures are taken to ensure safety of patients and staff.
