First of all, this company and all of their staff are AMAZING! From the first interaction with their Sales Team, and on going support with their Customer Support Team, I can't say enough. Ive been a satisfied customer for nearly 2 years.
They listen and provide solutions. Whether you're a fleet, or a one man show, this company is a perfect fit. They provide toll coverage/support on all of the EZPass System, CO E-470, Bay Area Bridges (CA) and this year offered coverage with TX, FL. OK, & KS.
What's even more appealing to me, is the 100% compatibility with the scale bypass systems implemented across the nation. Their devices work with the PrePass system, NorPass, GreenLight, and NCPass.

I went to their website after hearing their advertising on SiriusXM and Seeing their ads in Overdrive. I'm an owner-operator and the idea of a all-in-one tolling/weigh station bypass solution sounded great to me. On their site they say they have a new transponder "Complete Pass" that covers everything in one device. After talking to Zachary Gorgen and some lady who claimed to be in charge of the owner-operator support at BestPass I was told I would be getting Complete Pass... I did not! I got Horizon and Core instead. I have been unable to contact them by phone. I contacted OOIDA and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My advice to you? RUN! Run as fast and as far as your feet can take you away from these con artists!!!
Update 7-11-16: If you are reading this you are most likely a truck driver like myself who is looking for the convenience of a "one stop" shop for tolling and scale bypass solution and were concerned about this company's reputation... as you should be! Because if the issues I had with these people I revisited PrePass and found that PrePass Plus will soon cover everything except NorPass with no charge for the transponder and no prepaid balance. BestPass is as good as dead! Oh happy days!!!
