I recently had an experience with this clothing company that left me underwhelmed. The quality of the materials used in the garments was not what I expected. While the designs looked appealing online 😍, the fit was off when the items arrived. Customer service was another area where I felt they fell short. When I reached out with some questions, the response time was longer than anticipated. It left me feeling a bit neglected in my shopping journey. Additionally, the shipping process took longer than I’d like, which added to the overall frustration. I've encountered much better experiences elsewhere where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are prioritized. In short, my encounter was lackluster. 👎

Such a lovely experience. The girls made the experience really enjoyable even in the current climate. They were so helpful from start to finish., offering great advise and going above a beyond to help me find the perfect dress.
