Bestcare Laboratory Services Review

I visited my grandmother at a facility in houston and a phlebotomist CAMILLE, came in to draw some lab. I assumed that is what she was doing since she didn't introduce herself or let us know what she was doing. I asked her what she is doing or what is she drawing and she stares at me annoyed and responds, "you'll have to ask her doctor." I asked oh, you are not able to tell me? She just looks at me and said I've already answered your question. She then proceeds to ask me if I wanted to stick her instead since I'm asking so much questions?? Of course, I have questions! You didn't even introduce yourself. How the hell do I know what you're doing? It's not my job to stick her, it's hers. I can't believe she just asked me that! I feel as if these people act anyway they want because they don't answer to anyone. There is no immediate supervisor that you can contact to discuss her absolutely horrible attitude. She says if I want to talk to her supervisor, it's the weekend and he's home. Do whatever I want. People like her shouldn't be working in this field. These are sick patients and it is a troubling time not only for the patient but also for the family. Dealing with someone that is disrespectful and rude is unprofessional to say the least.

Is this place even open I been calling for days now and the phone doesn t even ring and tried getting on the website but it doesn t load it s has nothing to do with my connection because I have tried on different phones and computers

Friendly staff, great location. Most people have a hard time drawing blood from me, but Tiffany got it the first time.

Advertise 24 hours but not true. Thats only for nursing home patients
