4 Star Hotel launched after the 1st Ramada Hotel Bali launched at Seminyak Area, Today I visited "Worldwide Education Fair 2019" hosted by: Vista Education Corp, Meet the Representatives from The World's Top Rank Universities.
Not 4 star, not luxury. This hotel only plus is walking distance to the Kuta Mall.
Breakfast was subpar.
Rooms were lackluster, dirty, roach infested and unhygienic!!!
I purchased my booking on Secret Escapes and was unable move to another hotel. Ramada or Wyndham not more; last time staying at any of your properties!!
A nice hotel in Sunset Road Seminyak. Near convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. Perfect if you do not wish go too far during your stay. I found it very helpful in the evening.
The staffs are very friendly and full of smile. The room and overall establishment is fairly well maintained. I was lucky to have a room with balcony .
The bathroom can be seen through glass wall from the bedroom. So they provide a curtain if you do not wish your roommate see you doing your business.
The breakfast area and swimming pools are on the rooftop - very nice. There is another pool in the GF as well. The breakfast is OK.
The price is pretty affordable for a 4 star. Based on my experience, the value is worth it.
Located in a main street and 10 mins driving from airport. This hotel has 3 pools and a great rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Altho breakfast is just okay. The room is so cozy and quite suit for a relax time. The staff is nice and helpful. The facilities is great and the vibes is good too
Got a room on the lowest level and apparently it is an underground room, which means that you do not get daylight at all. Therefore, mold are everywhere in the room! From Walls to Floors and you can even smell it in the air.
The bathtub outside the bedroom with a roof light looks like a horror movie and probably didn't have any deep clean for decades. In addition, the phone in the room does not work at all even to the reception. Honestly, the staffs are nice and very helpful. But the problem lies in the management, where I can't even manage to get an ironing board and iron! They should have more as this is a very big hotel with many rooms! Or perhaps, a 4-star hotel should actually have ironing equipment in each room?
Lastly, can anyone help me here to get out from here? I still have one more night to go!
Good rooms. Although we did not get someone to help us with our luggage. Excellent breakfast. But had lot of issues with the locks in the room
It was a new year visit to bali and quite a luck for me still got a hotel in kuta area at least close to kuta for new year celebration. A quick check in process (nice staff) and i hv to wait to get into my room since i came too early (11am). Room was good and clean but need some renovation for the detail such as a broken floor. Need some attention for the bathroom for cleanliness. Shower area was to slippery. I still find a water issue for some hotel which close to beach area in bali. Breakfast was ok. Nice pool area at the roof top. Most of the staffs were nice especially at lobby area. Overall it was a nice stay. One more thing for those who love selfie, they have some good spots for it.
Stay was average .. if you wanna have good breakfast plz be their by maximum 9 Am .. they dosnt even know how to cook eggs ... Language is a big problem as well ... Food above average
Room was okay. But the room kinda dirty especially the bathroom. A little bit dusty on the floor and the window. Size was okay but look like old. Decor was good. Staff were so kind. The location are pretty good, at the center of Bali
