Best Western Plus Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa Review

Liked the hotel, the room we had was really nice, what let this visit down was the food & drink service, it was terrible we were left for long periods of time, sat night we were left for nearly 2hrs waiting for our meal, the staff don't speak to each other as a team we were asked for our order 4 times, each time the staff member had gone home . Hence our meal was cold & uneadible when it finally arrived . Breakfast was as bad, one of my friends asked for well done bacon & got well done egg toast was cold poached eggs took 45 mins to come & were like boiled eggs. Hope it gets sorted out soon

Overnight stay. Room and bathroom immaculate. All very covid secure. Didn't use restaurant or facilities this time. View over golf course is lovely.

Very clean and pleasent place.Staff were excellent and the breakfast was the best we have ever had.In spite of food being served in our room;due to covid 19.
Dinner and the quality of food was very good and warm.
The swimming pool and whirlpool area was clean.
Due to time constraints we could not use the gymnasium.
Would visit again.

Despite the rain wind and hail had a fantastic day , the golf course Is in great condition and entertaining with some challenging and fun par 3s will definetly return hopefully on a dry day

Is a very beautiful place with lovelysurroundings,me and my boyfriend absolutely loved it.We had a cottage room and was beautiful.They were some problems like black long hair on the floor,bed and towels i don't know how the room was clean,but overall it was a nice experience.They have a really nice pool we went at 7 30 pm and it was just me,my boyfriend and other 2 guys so it was a big pool just for us,it was really nice but also in the pool it was a bit of hair but I guess is normal considering that was late.Even if they are some hair issues out there,maybe we will go again but i really hope you fix this problem even if is a room that you pay a bit less still shouldn't have all of that.

I had booked an Indulgence afternoon spa day for my best friend's birthday and I really enjoyed. Monika, the beauty therapist is great at giving facials. She is amazing!!
The only small problem was that I had to wait 20 min for my coffee at the end, and I almost left, but the manager was really apologetic and instead of coffee he offered us Proseco and food and he really make me feel better about the waiting. The staff is very nice and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend

Hair on the bed, broken toilet and no one came to fix the issue when we informed them. Ordered poached eggs at breakfast, bread wasn't buttered and no butter provided. Rooms are dated and have 3/4 lamps rather than a main light which would have been fine but they were very dim bulbs. Reception dont always answer the phone, and rooms are not replenished or cleaned if staying more than one night so you need to ask constantly for things.

Just got back from a day/night spent here for a hen do. There was 8 of us and our treatments and meals could not have been organised better. Our only moan would be about the jacuzzi not being separate from the pool and cold. The staff were very efficient attentive and quick. The meals were so very tasty. I would highly recommend this place to any body. The treatments we all said were amazing too. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable..

The Best Western Plus, Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club and Spa, Earlsdon, Coventry is easily accessible by road A45 and there is a bus stop almost immediately outside at Windmill Farm. Google Maps is brilliant for this as it will give you precise bus times, number of stops and directions to and from the bus stop from Birmingham or Coventry City Centres, Railways stations or Birmingham Airport.

We entered the large and ample car park off the A45 dual carriageway between Coventry Birmingham Airport Birmingham City. There is at least one other small car park on the other side of the hotel.

We came here for a wedding before the lockdown. There were other weddings going on at the same time but this, in no way, disturbed our rest, sleep or enjoyment.

Checking in was quick and efficient by friendly and helpful staff. In fact, all the staff seemed to enjoy their job, which always has a welcoming effect.
The hotel and grounds are lovely. We did not make use of the golf course or spa but have promised ourselves that we might try those in another visit.

The buffet breakfast is well stocked with fresh English breakfast items as well as other continental breakfast items and cereals.

There is provision for disabled parking and hotel use with lifts and ramps installed throughout.

You can have a bar tab connected to your room which you will be asked to pay a deposit from your credit /debit card on arrival. We chose to pay as we went. However, the cost of a night s stay is reasonable enough to offset the extra bar prices.

Breakfast is included and will meet almost any requirement.
