BEST WESTERN PLUS Suites Downtown Reviews

I was there from May 10-12. The room is quiet and clean. The bed, TV and table are big enough. Some situations I would like to share,
1. I saw the hotel on Agoda, but the page didn't show the proper information. I called the hotel to make the booking, the reception told me they can give me a discount after I join membership or VIP (free charge) when I'm going to check-in. I even called again on the day before I arrived to make sure of my booking. After all, nobody asked me about join VIP and I was charged even more than the price on Agoda. Although it was only a few dollars, I still felt bad after my trip.
2. Someone was cleaning my window outside the room balcony while I was naked in bed around noon. I understand the importance of cleaning, if I could be told in advance would be great.
3. The breakfast is a muffin, an apple and a juice every day. Not too many choices.
4. The location is not at the heart of downtown, but walked down few streets there are many foods, coffee and grocery store. I like the community!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel (9th floor). The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. Staff when booking, checking in, and throughout the entire stay, were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they kept a high up window slightly open and the room heater/fan running constant in order to maintain a positive airflow. I thought that was absolutely brilliant! I am only sorry that I did not get the names of the staff that I dealt with! Thank you all for the wonderful service! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great service from all the staff. Clean, room was nice with a good view.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and it was clean and very comfy. The hotel is well situated. We will stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel previously with exceptional service but during covid 19 it has changed and doesn't exceed expectations

I stayed at this hotel last week and I must say the service is excellent Right from the front desk staff to the hotel room to the location of the hotel, everything is very good. I dealt with Abhinav and his service was exceptional and his customer service is very good. We will be definitely coming back here.

I stayed there 3 times during Covid era 2021, with my family ( 2 adults and 2 kids).
Amazing hospitable staff who are always making sure we are comfortable.
Clean and spacious suites. Super comfy beds. Fast internet ( 6 devices per suite).
Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, we are leaving alberta, so won t be visiting again soon, but will make sure we stay there anytime we are in alberta.

I got a really good rate on my room it was everything I needed. The gentlemen at the front desk was really great at helping me out finding me a room. I was even able to check in earlier than 3pm which was nice. I look forward to returning!

Frontdesk is great. can't wait to see after the Reno is Done.
