Best Western in Naples, excellent welcome by Francesco who was able to advise us and make our stay in Naples pleasant and pleasant. Great service and friendliness, comfortable and clean rooms and great breakfast.

Hotel was ok,room was ok,nice to have a pool.
The breakfast was good. We were sent to this hotel by Flybe for an overbooked flight with 12 people
The management and staff treated the whole group
Very bad like we were second class people
Tried to get a beer to enjoy relaxing by the pool
And instead of asking what beer would you like
Was asked instead was do you have money
A meal for the evening was paid for by Flybe
The restaurant looked ok with a reasonable menu
Was looking forward to choosing some nice
Whilst relaxing by the pool was told by management to go and have dinner now
Sat down for dinner to find out we had no choice
Of was to eat and was given what can only be the
Worst meal I had in whole of the two weeks in Italy
And first time I had been asked for money up front
For a beer.
I know Flybe paid for hotel and food but it is still your reputation that looks very bad when you treat people like this
We use a best western at home regularly to eat
And they treat us very well
