This was the best hotel I ve stayed in in a while. I was graciously greeted by Maria at my check-in, and she was a very comforting and friendly person to chat with after a long trip down from New England. My stay was beyond comfortable and the amenities provided were excellent. Alba checked me out, and again I was touched by the level of hospitality and kindness she and other staff exhibited. They were also very conscientious about Covid-19 precautions (wearing masks, barrier set up at receptionist desk) so I felt safe as well. This hotel is also very close/walking distance to shops, restaurants, gas stations. Would highly recommend!

I moved to this hotel after staying down the road at the Candlewood suites! This place is so much nicer and cleaner.
All the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is pretty good too.
I was able to get to fort Lee in 5 minutes each morning.
Special thanks to Maria and my housekeeper on the 3rd floor for being great at their job!

Best Western quality, although a little tricky to find if using GPS. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms with usual amenities. For dining, I recommend 'Rosa's' Italian restaurant, within walking distance. Excellent pizzas including takeout & dine-in!

The room was very nice, it was clean, quiet and very spacious. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with nothing too special. Overall great stay.

Very Nice Staff! Very Clean Building! Very Clean Rooms!! The location is ok! Maybe not the safest but thats kind of almost anywhere! We we pleased! Had a good 2 nights rest while i was working in the area!

Adequate in all respects. Lady at counter in evening was very helpful.
Outside cleanup around pool would improve score. Being close to military base causes hotel to constantly battle smoking in rooms evidenced by smell in hallways.
Breakfast was minimal but expected these days.

Warmly greeted upon arrival. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Interaction with staff was very good and all were helpful.

Nice staff. But it goes down hill quickly. We got the "nicest room" and pay a bit more because it has a two person tub. The room smelled like years of water and mold on carpet to find the tub is ON the carpet! The carpet looks like it's from the 80's and was ripped in a few spots. Next the yellow shower curtain had a blood stain or something on it. The closet door was missing paint and had this splatter of who knows what on it. And last was the very tasteful sign taped to the wall about no smoking. They couldn't be bothered to get a $1 frame and hang it. We did not even risk trying to eat breakfast! The lack of effort, and the state of the room was not something we would of expected. Will we not be back and we will reconsider staying in a Best Western again.

While the facility itself is due for a redo, the staff was great and the room was clean and quiet.

I will never be staying at this location again. Multiple times during my visit, the fire alarm went off through the entire building because people were either smoking in their rooms or forgetting to "turn off the steamer in the shower". Also found dried blood stains on my curtains and when the concerns about an alarm waking me and my partner up at 6:30AM and preventing us from sleeping again, staff essentially told us that if we wanted a good night's sleep we could go outside in the cold for it. In addition, when my complaints were aired to a manager, there were immediately false accusations brought up about my room, where the manager rather than alerting us, said that he stood outside our door and verified that those complaints were indeed unfounded. Completely made up the story. So you may like a whirlpool tub in your room, sure, but there's nothing else here to like and I won't be coming back.
