BEST WESTERN Grand Hôtel français Review

We hesitated to book a Best Western while in Bordeaux because we wanted a 5 star experience. This hotel fits that requirement. It is absolutely beautiful and clean inside. The rooms are large and modern. The bathroom had both a whirlpool tub and walk in shower. They even thought of their US guests by having a 120V outlet near the blow dryer. The breakfast was wonderful and was included. Everything from eggs, to breads to home made pies and cakes as well as fruit and yogurt and cereal. The hotel is also very close to a tram stop. I wished I could stay here for our entire trip to France.

Paid for a premium double room. Got a standard (smaller) one. Good location and good service.

Excellent location in the centre of bourdoux, we had a supieror room which was large with a balcony. Close to main shopping area and tram stops. But everywhere was walkable.

Very clean, beautiful building at the center of Bordeaux. Breakfast is generous with plenty of local delicacies.

Good location, rooms extremely small with not place to put luggage. Toilet too small

Located in Pedestrian area of Bordeaux. Difficult to get to by car. Request code in advance so that you can lower traffic barrier and drive directly to the hotel.

OTOH, The Best breakfast buffet we've ever had at a Best Western.

Comfortable bed, quiet, nice modern bathrooms, great air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Would stay again.
