Good food, great prices. We had burgers, fries, and dogs, all good! I didn't like the wait though.

Food was alright, but this place was filthy.
I see a response from the owner on a review from 3 months ago stating they'd like to know date and time of the employees being rude while interacting with each other...well today is 6/29 and we were there around 1:30. There was a nice young blonde that took our order, but then she left for the end of her shift. Another woman was taking orders after that and spoke of "needing to say something to someone" about something. There was definitely tension as the other review said. There was a much older lady putting food on trays that was having a hard time putting them together. Possibly she was new, but it seemed everyone else was being short with her about helping her. The staff was friendly to some customers, not to others, definitely not professional.
Maybe the place was so dirty because of the lunch rush but the whole restaurant looked like a place you should not eat food at.

Looks like an old fast food building. Feels like a rustic, hometown, homemade burger joint and more. I tried it out today and was pretty happy with my burger and fries. It was certainly handmade and cooked just for me.They have many options available for all. I will be returning to try out the Conecuh sausage dog. I will keep you posted.

I rather eat at nite better service day shift. Ignores u there either on there cell phones or outside on sitting in the dinning room eating and not paying attention to who wants to order and the person running the drive thru is playing on the cell phone notpaying attention to customers at the counter.

Great burgers, like EXCEPTIONAL burgers. Staff is a little snarky but so am I. All in all a good experience.

That s a great burger. I recommend the Bama bacon cheese burger it s awesome, restaurant worthy.

If you go to bertiles, there is only two bertiles that I know of one in citronelle and one in chatom. You have to get the hamburgers because that's their best item, next not too far behind it is the chicken sandwich. This place is a good pistol for food if you're a family on vacation or a trucker that needs to stop to eat.

The past three visits they have been out of something I ordered and then tonight I simply ordered two burgers with only ketchup mustard and mayo but got two with everything but that. Went to the Skillet instead of going back to Bertiles and with the service and food I got there I will continue to eat there from now on.

The burgers were excellent! The fries werent really that great but the people working there were! Love the burgers!

There food is good a little expensive but good. Worth at least trying once.

Great food ! We were traveling through and did the drive through. Best hamburger I've had in ages. Got a pattie for our dog Sam and the ladies at the drive through were so nice to him! I loved the fries and our pup says that's the best hamburger pattie ever! I agree!

Great food better service at nite then the morning shift

Family owned good food, but service wasn't what it should be, had to wait a while

When I got my food it was only half of a hamburger patty. And then when I tried calling up there they answered the phone and hung it up in my face.
