Jeff's service and knowledge was brilliant and he went above and beyond to assist us with our plumbing renovation requirements. Beri have a huge range of products and if they don't have plumbing in your price range they will endeavour to find it.

Fantastic service - found the part I needed and had good advice re: warranty etc.

Our sales man was Jeff and I found him knowledgable and informative.
Was not pushy at all and offered great price's off the bat. Was also helpful in aftersales after a minor mishap by myself. Had to chase a few quotes but some prices were coming from over east so its be expected... Thanks Jeff. Wish i hadnt split my materials with these guys and bathroom dacor who i will not be using again!

I was simply asking to replace the clamp bracket assembly part for a shower handset that is affixed to a shower rail. I had part of the assembly with me to show the person behind the counter. I have bought this before from this store years ago. All I received was a lecture on firstly, not knowing the brand and model and secondly, even if I did the brand would not sell it and I needed a whole new shower set. Really? A shame because I already had in my arms a new shower hose and shower handset worth a nominal $150 to purchase. Given the unhelpful demeanour, I left the store empty handed. I then called a well known plumbing supplier store and they were much helpful and just asked me to measure the diameter of the rail and they will be able to supply me with a generic assembly.

Great old fashioned service incredible people the owner is amazing and very understanding. A great family business and always willing to help a great selection of Methven and Caroma in the place and have great trade options as well. Recommend highly
