I purchased a Bernina 880 Plus, 2 years ago, I'm so disappointed. I have owned a Bernina 830, I sewed for other people to pay for it, I've even wore out the motor brushes on this machine. I then purchased a 930, and sewed on it for over 30 years. I really made a mistake in buying the Bernina 880 Plus. It's been in the shop 4 times, each time 3 weeks, WELL it's broken again. Now the bobbin won't open and the needle threaded won't go up, this will be the 5th time in the shop, and each time I get changed for parts. I'm extremely upset with this machine, the total bill when I bought it was $15000.00, and for What???? UPDATE, After writing to the company I received a response with a day. Needless to say I was shocked. Thank You
