I have owned a BRM V12-44-BG-AB watch for a few years, and all of a sudden I discovered that the winder was missing. I return the watch to the after-sales service and I am given a quote of more than 500 euros. Having no choice, I confirm the estimate, with resentment insofar as a luxury watch that loses its winder has a bad effect. BRM's bad faith consists in having replaced the previous winder with a screwed winder, which shows that the company was aware of the weakness of their mechanism.
I suspect the answer of BRM who will claim to have made the revision and the change of winder for free, if this answer is made, nobody will be fooled.

Last month, I noticed that my rubber strap was tearing, risking losing the watch, I was offered it at 240 euros, then discussing at 200 euros by email, then 212 euros on the invoice to add postage, but with an irreverent, haughty commercial contact unworthy of a brand that claims to be luxury.
Gentlemen, future customers, BRM can claim to be a luxury French quality watch, but in this case, we must show ourselves as such when the defect is known, and especially with a commercial relationship at the height that must admit the dissatisfaction of a customer.
Finally, it is time for BRM to offer folding clasp bracelets.

It is stipulated that the manufacture is 100% French. This remains to be verified .... after visiting the workshop, several clues clearly indicated that certain elements come from China or elsewhere.
