I recently had my car repaired at Bernal Auto Body and I must say, I had a rather average experience. The website is easy to navigate and provides basic information about their services, which is nice. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful with answering my questions. Additionally, the repair process took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience for me. On the positive side, the quality of the repairs themselves was satisfactory, and my car looks good as new. Overall, while Bernal Auto Body did an okay job, I would suggest they work on improving their customer service and efficiency to provide a better experience for their clients.
