Update.....Never again will we use this "business" to find a rental home. They are the WORST we've ever had to deal with....Lori Hermansen, is an unreliable, nasty one we unfortunately got stuck to work with. Took her nearly two years of us living here for her to decide to come by and do an inspection. An inspection that's done prior to moving into a home. She never answers her phone, and, don't bother leaving a message, because she never returns them. She seldom answers emails. Don't call her on the weekends, or, after hours. She is on, "her time." Called her for an emergency. Not a social call. Couldn't be bothered. She is just a vile person. Wish corporate would take a look at this office. But, they won't, because according to their website, they have limited personnel.

I had an appointment at 11am for a house off largo terr. And I waited 25 minuets for nobody to show up! I called the office about 4 times and left a voicemail. Disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be looking for anymore houses through this company.

The only reason why this "realty" earns one star is because their Compliance Officer does an excellent job but seems like they coerced her to work at home. However the Office Manager Sue White is a rude, condescending b1tch, ask a lot of useless questions in the end can't help for sh1t. You might be able to get some help if you're "White".

Horrible experience with the property management side. The lady in the front part of the office has absolutely no idea about her properties and is a liar. We will never work with this company again.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary Dorey. My husband drives a truck so Mary showed me homes with everything we requested. She helped us in so many ways, things alot of people wouldn't do. Everything went so smoothly and as a first time home buyer, I was amazed at how easy it was (due mainly to Mary). I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!!

I have met with Dan Dempsey and Kim Armstrong. If you are look for some one to help you find that perfect home or business location they are you team. I promise you wont be disappointed.
