Pretty big for a local store has mostly everything but pretty expensive. They have fresh food and the workers are very nice.

On Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 12:30pm I forgot to give my app scan code before paying for my groceries so I ask the 10 items or less counter clerk to ask customer service to either cancel my order and rescan them to give me my points the lady in the next isle said it was too late for that it must done prior to paying for the order - I understand it should have been presented before paying - however it s called customer service to give the customer every attempt to get points and to save money

pretty relaxed place, everything is normal and i shop there whenever

Good grade of meats, Very fresh,T-bones some of them are just$6-7. Worth the drive!!.

Ever since they changed it around, it is almost impossible to find anything in there unless you ask. Having new owners is fine but leave the inside of the store alone.

I bought $95 worth of groceries. Needlessly marked up prices on your favorite American brands! The fruit wasn't so fresh. . . Also, I don't feel very welcomed there, if ever.

Really.enjoy shopping there. I'm able to get smaller portions, like three porkchops or two hamburger patties. Good for seniors. Enough parking and employees polite and helpful. Prices reasonable. Good selection of veggies and fruits.

Berkeley Finer Foods is just a couple of blocks from where I live. It's convenient and it has just about everything. The people there are nice and helpful. The Mexican stand, at the entrance, has some really good Food. I am in there often. At least, three times a week. So, I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Overpriced. The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables was disappointing.

Fruit looking very bad, expiration date has passed on some frozen items.

I love this new store, the prices are very reliable and cheap. Great products, I love meat, and the mear here is always great. Veggies are fresh. I do bodybuilding so I buy tons of meat and veggies. And the people working here are very nice. Love shopping here.

The store itself is not bad. They sell some authentic made to order Hispanic foods. The location is convenient and they are a full service grocery store. HOWEVER THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS compared to stores of the same caliber. I went in here to get Vanilla wafers as Target was completely out. They had them for 4.89 a box compared to 3.29 at Target and around 3.89 at other stores. For cream cheese Philadelphia brand they want 3.29. I think its terrible that a store in the community that serves minorities and is owned by minorities takes advantage of the community by over pricing food items because they know they can get away with it. Sadly enough the people that need it most see this all the time. I will not return if their prices remain unreasonably high.

Now this grocery store has a sista in there who is fine! short cut hair, she wears glasses, and she's sexy as hell! now that's not what this review is about but every time I walk in there she's friendly and it's a pleasure. With that said the reason why this gets a four-star is basically because I practically live across the street from this grocery store, I can literally walk to it and that is a big plus on convenience. now if I had to critique one thing about the store, that would be the price! and that's the reason why this is not a 5-star rating the price is ridiculous and it's probably because it's no other grocery stores close by. if you go in there without a list, you gone walk out at least $150 down. you might walk out with about eight bags that's not a lot of bags for $150! true story first time I went I spent a little and it was fine... second time I went without a list and I ended up spending about $200 and I believe I walked out with the same amount of bags as when I spent a little lol. With that said, the quality the food I think is superb, also great customer service so again my only critique with the supermarket is the price but I do recommend if it's convenient for you and I will continue to go myself as well, with a list!

Consistently old food. Expired. Poor response and customer service resolution skills. Poor communication skills between staff because I told one of old product and came back 2 months later and the same old product was shelved. Will not be shopping here again.

Only grocery store in town. Freshness of meats are hit and miss

Easy to get in and out because it's not a huge store. Staff is friendly and the produce is much better than the big stores. Process are better, too. I love shopping here!

First time visiting the store since they changed over to Torres, used-to-be Berkeley's finer foods. They have a great selection of various fruits and vegetables and most prices are reasonable.

The Tilapia in the glass case was frozen and not fresh. That was disappointing

I support my local grocery store. I have been shopping here for over 20 years. I love the macaroni salad in the deli.
