I can't say enough great things about the folks at Bergquist! Matthew Birdwell and his team made our insurance settlement process not only easy but pleasant too. They did ALL the hard stuff, talked me through all the issues so I could make informed decisions, responded to all my questions timely, always had our best interest in mind and even called periodically to check in to see how we were doing. Gold Star Customer Service all the way! We are so grateful for Bergquist's representation and the fair settlement we received!

This was my first experience with a lawyer and Mr. Horacio Hernandez made the whole process very easy. He and his assistant took care of everything with the insurance company and medical providers. Joshua Harrington was my attorney when I got hit from behind in a car accident. He handled my case with every ounce of intelligence and hard work you could ask for. And he got me a good settlement. What I loved most about Bergquist Law Firm is that they called and checked on me weekly. They wanted to know how I was physically progressing and what treatments I had been receiving that were helping me best. I really felt like they were genuinely concerned about my health and my recovery from injuries. I felt confident in knowing that David and Yanira had my best interest at heart and made sure to answer any and all questions /concerns I had. I m so thankful for all their hard work.
