If this is a reception office, it is certainly not a nice presentation for the city. Of the two boys behind the counter, one did not even greet us at our entrance and was left in the chair to use the cell phone, visibly annoyed. The girl was only able to indicate brochures to be taken without giving information and remaining seated.
Really disappointing.
