I have been waiting for the installation of my dishwasher since 11.10.2020, so one month today, an unreliable company does not meet the deadlines for quotes. each time the company tells me that they have already ordered the dishwasher but that I have to wait because with the covid situation it takes more time and this week I contacted them again for the installation, they came to do some work today while I was at work and this is how I found the apartment.
Result, no installation done, kitchen furniture left in a corner, stains on my kitchen rug, scratched ceramic glass, totally dirty sink and no one made contact for a new appointment.
Incompetent company for the installation and in addition causes damage in the apartment, you have to wait 30 minutes each time to have someone on the phone and take 10 minutes to find a client file ...
This business must have too many customers apparently.
Next time I would offer the management a quote from a friend who works in the field, in addition less expensive and who is very reliable and clean ...
