This is what I got for an answer to my sad review. I never met up with Mr Garratt.

But I did stop by last Friday, and I met the sales associate James Newman. It was a fantastic experience, and my son (now older) will never forget the hospitality!

This man really is a gem, and knows his manners andwhen it's time, it will be him I will call to order my Bentley.

All is forgiven, thank you James.

During my many years of repairing Bentley vehicles I have found the stores people at Jack Barclay to be the rudest, least cooperative and unhelpful set of individuals I have come across in over 40 years trading. This would include disregarding orders, non reply to emails, failure to update parts order when specifically requested and as previously mentioned rudeness which extended to the parts manager. This level of ineptitude took it to the level of an official complaint being made and intervention by a senior member at Jack Barclays, who after satisfying himself by listening into various phone transmissions between myself and stores staff apologised on behalf of his company. I have since moved my account to a Bentley dealership who fulfil all that would be expected with an efficient and helpful manner.

There's compelling scientific evidence to show that the world's ecosystems can no longer support conspicuous consumption of this type.

It's also the case that many of these vehicles will be paraded around central London.

Driving huge overpowered vehicles is socially and environmentally toxic on a whole range of levels.

Eventually I hope these stores disappear, as we as a society learn that it's simply vulgar to spend 50 times the UK's average household income on a monstrous car.

Could my remarks be dismissed as jealously well I've done the maths and I could probably afford a luxury motorcar however I'd rather own an electric bike.

After an initial lapse in communication, Terry in the Heritage Parts department has pulled out all the stops and managed to find the quite rare part I was looking for and received in very good condition. Many thanks for a great service! Please pass on my comments.

Absolutely amazing place to visit even when you are just wanting to sit in the elegant bentayga and be a child for 5 minutes. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to show me around even though I was only there as a car fanatic.

After going there planning to order a Continental GT I backed out today. My 7 year old son climbed the chairs and the staff told me to stop him " because he might damage the furniture". Well I took my business elsewhere. If I can afford a Bentley, I certainly can afford a chair!

Just a quick visit to ask if the quarterly Bentley magazine was out, didn't get much help wasn't that interested to my request, young lady at the reception was very polite & even opened the door as we were leaving ...

i have by no means felt extra at ease in a dealership and honestly quiet brilliant in organizing a test force and giving me records on pricing and affordability.
I had a surestunning place, exquisite workforce, I felt welcomed and that they have been accommodating and sort and informative being concerned and pleasant.
