They misplaced the shot records/ card for our dog. I was made aware of this when I showed up for the grooming appointment at Ramstein. The law cannot allow a dog to be groomed without shot records on file. Our dog has been groomed for 8 consecutive months. Their mistake costs me producing the records which are at home. The manager was unprofessional and no apology was given for losing our dogs card. If they were in the practice of pulling cards the day before, I could have come to the appointment with the shot records… again. This is unacceptable.
