Carl's review looks a little fishy to me said he was suppose to meet at a condominium where he volunteers as a landscaping manager.But he stayed home from work and wasted a half day.This guy has a lot of time on his hands.I doubt he works or volunteers anywhere.Sounds like he was at the wrong place, probably left message at the wrong phone # Paul came over and turned on sprinkler, checked every sprinkler head to make sure they were all working properly at a fraction of what (Carl)his competitors quoted me.

Paul is very professional and detail oriented about his work. We are very happy with the results and price of this work.

I made an appointment with Paul to look an irrigation system problem at our condominium complex where I volunteer my time to manage the landscaping. I stayed home from work to meet Paul. When he didn't show up, I finally called and left a message. He had not even the courtesy to call me back. Very unprofessional--completely wasted half my day. The other reviews here, all from 5 years ago, look fishy to me, btw.

Bennett Irrigation and Backflow has earned the reputation as one of the very best in the Portland Metro area -- and, in my experience, that reputation is fully deserved. Not only is their work top-notch, but Paul is absolutely dependable, conscientious, and is a fanatic for quality. We have worked with him for several years and recommend his work without reservation.

We were amazed with the efficiency with which the jobs were handled and the professionalism that Paul Bennett, the owner, displayed while interacting with us. The jobs were both completed within the timeframe promised and Paul followed up with a call to make sure we were pleased with the work.

We have been very happy with Paul's work and service. Paul installed a sprinkler system and drip line in the front and back yards of our new construction. He was reasonably priced, got the work done when he said he would, and has been a service to us ever since. We received a couple years of turn on/off service and he usually had it done before I thought to call to request it. When I poked a hole in my drip line, he was there within a couple days and had it all fixed.

I'm so glad I found Paul! He came out and saved our lawns and me from potentially huge irrigation bills. I have large property, 10 acres, probably an acre + of lawn and 16 zones systems which are 20 years old ...we had no idea where the valves were. Other companies came out and said it would cost $1000 plus just to hire a locator because they had no interest in finding the valves. Paul came out found the valves first ...which were buried in 20 years of soil, brush and bushes. He then serviced every valve and instead of saying they need replacing he was so honest to say a few just needed new wires and a new gasket etc etc. the two other big competitors companies I called basically said the whole thing needed replacing and basically to start over $20 K !!! Paul kept at it, replaced only what was needed and amazingly found wires long buried away. He's been here a lot but now I have all zones working, new valves, sprinkler heads, old hose bibs working, irrigation to a new vegetable garden. He put in a French drain around my fire pit/ lake...fixed that issue. He is VERY knowledgeable about everything irrigation and he won't rip you off ... Honest, dedicated problem solver, will fix and not over charge you....great guy!

Paul installed a new irrigation system for me for my quarter acre yard and was fantastic to work with. From the minute he came out he was very detail oriented. Paul listened to what I wanted and helped come up with the best zone setup for my grass, raised beds, decks (drip), and adding a faucet to the back side of my property. His team did an amazing job and made me feel he was worth every penny.

Paul s quote was in-line price wise with other quotes I received, but was much more thorough. Every step of the way he was keeping me up to date on progress and making sure any questions were answered. Paul also showed a true pride in his work with a warranty and a free winterization. Highly recommended!

Bennett Irragation has been doing our backflow testing for the past 9 years . Paul is very professional and knowledgeable. When it comes to any trouble shooting or design work this is the company to hire. His company is great for irrigation and landscaping. Paul is also very good with plants, knowledge about what you should plant and where to plant in your yard. Thanks for all the great work!!!

Every time I've worked with Paul he is always very professional, and courteous. 10/10 would recommend for any irrigation needs.
