I just purchased a pair of the UP-B41 cutters and they cross blades during a cut and won't complete the cut. I returned them to Amazon for a replacement pair and the 2nd pair does the same thing. Epic fail two in a row. I had e used and loved this cutter for some time now and am so disappointed. I'm afraid to purchase another pair because i don't want to receive another faulty pair. Do you not have quality control over your tool manufacturing anymore?
