Only getting a star because you have to give them on. On hold for 40 minutes then got an answer in less than 1 minute. Put on hold mutiple times. Now a half hour later they are still trying to access my account. Worst customer service experience ever!

This company is horrible! They "lost" my money and have dodged my phone calls for 2 months now. If your employer uses them for HSA or Dependant Care I would suggest saving yourself the headaches and just pay the taxes!
