They have switched to a new call system which is just not working. I an unable to reach my daughter's pediatrician/nurse with important questions. I can't even call to look up an appointment. I love her pediatrician but will be looking into other health care options in Great falls.

This Hospital actually did away with requiring masks during the pandemic in the Summer of 2021, and now cases are on the rise. The CDC nor any other Health Authority ever said to remove masks. Now my family tested positive and many others I know. Way to lead by example! If you can t even protect folks what else is wrong.

I went in to get my child's blood drawn. I asked for a specific person to do it because last time they poked her 4 times and still didn't get blood. The girls behind the counter were absolutly childish and rude. I was polite this time even when they decided to run their mouth thinking I couldn't hear. Next time, I will show my mama bear side. If staff hates their job so much, plenty of other places are hiring. Have never had such ignorant and childish service in my life. If I could give a negative review... I would.

I don't think it was the doctor's/PA's fault, but they are so rushed that he spent 2-3 minutes with me MAX. Didn't listen to what I had to say. Had me book an MRI when I actually had a life threatening DVT. Went to Great Falls Clinic who figured in out in 10 minutes. Got me an ultra sound in less than an hour and I was admitted to hospital. The best doctors LISTEN to what their patients are saying, but they can't if the system they work in encourages them to spend less than 5 minutes with their patients.

I cannot rave about the labor and delivery department enough. Completely exceeded our expectations! Dr. Henzel did an amazing job on my scheduled c-section and had a team of amazing nurses and anesthesiologist (who has been doing her job for 30+years) to help me with prep and recovery. Every single nurse was attentive, answered all my questions with patience and understanding as well as taking good care of me when I was having a rough time coming off the anesthesia.

Some of the nurses and medical professionals that stood out the most to me were Lauryl (who literally watched our baby for 2 hours so we could sleep), Candy (who helped me walk and was one of the kindest people), Cheryl (a wonderful nurse who took care of me to prep me for surgery as well as take care of me after while in the recovery room and throwing up--she has been there for 30 years!) and last but not least the amazing Jean (who helped me with all things lactation consulting). Heaven sent.

The food is actually not bad and they give you a complimentary celebration dinner with a set table and sparking cider. It was just one more way they go above and beyond.

Everyone helped make our experience as comfortable as possible and I am so grateful to all of them.

I can tell that the turn over of nurses is high, only saw one seasoned nurse during my stay and that was after a new nurse failed with my iv and called in for the experienced nurse. I Felt like a guinea pig the entire stay as one young nurse was training the next you g nurse using me as the teaching model. Didn't appreciate it.

My husband was diverted here from the west side of MT for emergency kidney stone surgery, while on vacation. Every staff person was kind and caring. Dr Slater was thorough, and took time to listen, answer questions, and offer insight on follow up when we got home. The beginning of the ordeal was very stressful, but the people of Benefis turned that around.

Horrible healthcare company. They charged me 10 times what I was suppose to pay, according to my insurance card, through Medicare part D, for a mere doctor visit. Their billing department came up with a bunch of lame excuses, but failed to disclose the true cost of my treatment before it was rendered. That is against the law. I'm sure i am not the only senior they tried to gouge, but I will be the only one they will wish they hadn't. Since the billing department refused to give a name for me to list as defendant, I will issue a certificate summoning John Goodnow, the CEO.
