I worked in 4 year. It is the worst company, when custumer come, it show 8 hours timing and give good food to workers just for showing, but it is all bung, according to government rule it should be permanent to workers in 3 month but it don't permanent to worker till 10 to 15, when someone external team come it show worker is permanent, but actually contractor pressurise to workers for telling we are permanent, beltex is ones company where women work 12 hours, Very poor and cheat management staff and company, Company owner is casual.
