We stayed here for 1 month for work and had the best time. They could help us with any problems we had (missing wine opener, ordering amazon packages, extending our trip). The pool bar could be open for a longer time but we still appreciate all the great change of places during our stay. Especially the NOSH employees and food are the greatest even though we missed the breakfast buffet a lot! Thanks a lot!
Natalie Dickerson (Executive Host) has gone ABOVE & BEYOND for me since returning back to Belterra this year. Thank you for always treating me right, and making sure that I am taken care of during my visits! I have gotten to know so many team members at Belterra, and each of them have been great as well! Where I live (Clarksville, IN) I have the option of two other casinos, and I refuse to go anywhere else besides Belterra. Again, thank you to everyone that has made my experiences great!!
Make sure you don't get a room on the 3rd floor..pet friendly floor meant we had dogs on either side of our room. They had many barking contests during the night. Room was good. Been there may times. Still a decent place and good rates. Terrific spinach salad at the Sports bar.
I love this place! Truly a home away from home. Very clean and the staff is so friendly. Will definitely be back! Always lucky here!
Nice Casino.. no food options "on the boat" any longer... Smoking is rough..more ventilation please!?!?!? Had a great time.. sports book has great kiosk system..BUT ..NOT tied into rewards!?!?
First visit. Nice casino. A bit outdated. Custodial staff could do a bit better in the ladies room. 1/2 lighting in most of the casino. Nice scenic ride to and from. Probably won't return. Employees very friendly. Ate in the Stadium Sports Bar and Grill. Portions were good sized. I had the chicken nachos. Chicken was very tender and moist. Never had nachos with sauteed onions and bell peppers before.
I normally go to Vegas so tough to compare... But overall the casino, slot machines and are pretty good, they stop selling alcohol early and no free drinks lol.... The hotel I was actually pretty impressed with, large rooms and built very well as at night it's pretty quiet and the jacuzzi bath tub if you get that room sure is nice to relax
Not to crowded, lots of machine variety .sports betting aloud. But the machines weren't giving many pay outs.smoking aloud. Mask aren't enforced. Have fun
This is a casino hotel. All of their effort goes into the casino. There was never more than one person at the front desk, so there was always a wait. There were no restaurants open for breakfast. Staff at the one open restaurant for dinner were mean and surly. Rooms were very nice.
Came down to celebrate my 30th birthday. The casino was nice and clean. All of the dealers and bartenders were friendly! I stayed in the smoking room which I didn't like so much but that's because I don't smoke lol the rooms were clean though, so no complaints.
