John Bellomo and his practice is absolutely amazing. My wife has been coming here since she was a kid and her mom was healed from being on bed rest by his abilities. I recently started coming here and have had my headaches relieved and my long term shoulder pain has disappeared.

It was wasting of my $100 for 3 treatments. I came with problem and left with same problem. Unfortunately they focus not on treatment but on how many times I can come. Also chiropractor focus on God help more than his skills. You hear that every 5 min that god help and not him. If God heal I would go to church. I found another chiropractor who help me just with 2 treatments. I don t recommend this place and Advice keep your money! Very disappointed when under God Name people instead of do they job focusing on money.

There is so much I learned coming here. Healing was the 1st and since I've been coming over a month now.......the pains and stiffness are no more! I went out of town and missed 2 wks of chiropractor and I started to hear a bouncing in my ear that I had before and noticed it stopped when I started coming. I have been coming to Bellomo Chiropractic for maintenance care for my scoliosis since 1994. I love the diversity of approaches of the two outstanding brother chiropractors Dr. John and Dr. Joe. Without their weekly adjustments and care I would have a difficult time being as mobile as I am. I was recently reminded of how crucial the consistent adjustments are when I was serving on a mission trip in DC for two months. I had a difficult time walking and missed the healing caring adjustments that are available here. It does my heart good to know that Dr. John loves to participate in our Christians in Public Education Prayer Breakfast that occurs the last Saturday of September each year. One day, God willing, I will become a 3 chiropractic member when Christian completes his training and joins the team.

So thankful to have found Bellomo Chiropractic. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I first visited the office I recieved x rays that revealed my spine was pinched forward at my Thyroid. I see a Nartural Doctor for treatment of Hashimotos. I began chiropractic treatment with Dr John. Within three months when I went for blood work with the other Dr. It showed my Thyroid numbers had begun to reverse. When my Dr asked what I was doing, I responded that the only change I had made was getting adjusted with a great Chiropractor. I shared this news with Dr John and his staff we did a follow up x ray and it showed the spine now moving into a proper curve opening at the thyroid. It was very exciting to see these results and see it line up with my blood work that I was improving not just with my thyroid but in over all health. I flew from Oregon to Florida. It was family devotion time and I could barely get out of my chair to see who these people were walking around our farm. They came to the door which I struggled to open for these unknown persons with huge smiles inquiring about healthy food. After a brief conversation Dr. John said, "Your in a lot of pain aren't you." Telling him my story about disc surgery and increasing immobility he said he could not do anything with my lower spine until he saw the MRI's but said he could begin the process of restoring mobility to my neck. On the spot he adjusted me and instantly the pain was gone and I could turn my head from side to side. That was enough for me to ignore the destructive words of my surgeon who said if I ever let a chiropractor touch me I may never walk again. He further stated I would need more surgery in 5 years to repair the disc above the one he removed because it would be weakened. And so the never ending surgical procedures would begin. Dr. John encouraged me to come in so we could look at the pictures together. I did and weekly adjustments began to restore health and range of motion. After the first adjustment I went from literally crawling around the house each morning to once again being able to walk. To our great pleasure I have never had another surgery and have better health and full range of pain free motion even in our very physical family businesses. From the beginning we started bringing all of our children, which nearly filled the Family Room, on an affordable family plan and all of them still look forward to going 15 years later. Our married children now take their families to Bellomo Family Chiropractic and we are very thankful for the day God brought Dr. John to my door! Thank you Drs. I have been a member of the Bellomo family Chiropractor for over 20 years! I have herniated disks, bulging disks and bone degeneration! Years ago, the medical doctors referred me to an orthopedic surgeon for surgery! For years they gave me medication for pain and depression! I didn t want to do surgery! I was in pain daily and had spasms episodes 3 to 4 times a year. After I started going to Bellomo Chiropractic I was able to stop taking medications and with Dr Bellomo s care and treatment I was able to get better and live a normal life again! Surgery is a thing of the past and now I m under maintenance care and have not have a spasm episode in years! I've been going for years. Great place and what's not to love about Dr. John and Dr. Joe! They fix all the bad things I do to myself and keep me in line. Dr. John is honest, reliable and hard working!
My wife and I were away from home celebrating our 36th anniversary in New Smyrna Beach, when on that fateful day- 12192018 my lower back was extremely dysfunctional, like never before. I resorted to what I knew with: physical therapy, Tylenol, patches, a walking cane, ice and ultimately the emergency room on 122218, which warranted x-rays and strong narcotics with a recommendation to see an orthopedic physician, upon my return back home.
I received a cortisone injection for the first time (given that I prefer what's natural instead). But it was that serious this time around. The ortho. physician recommended physical therapy, but I already knew the routine and opted for what I believed to be a better and far more trusted approach for more lasting results with functionality, which was Chiropractic. I've since gained greater knowledge and understanding of causal effects affecting my overall health and the spine.
So NO PAIN KILLERS that KILL, no narcotics, and no surgery. Thank God! Instead, I now have a completely different change of lifestyle with functional results. At present, I am on the path of progress with faith activated to a life of total freedom!
As for the staff and the Doctors' - It's not often that you will find the spiritual welcomed and embraced in a medical practice. It's refreshing and ever so welcoming. It's kind of like salvation. You know we all need it, but defilement and enemy of our very soul will see to it that we will not be found, but for hope.

3 years ago ended up in the hospital because I start to get major migraines was seeing spots and couldn t move and was hunched over in pain. Then after three days in The hospital and a spinal tap. They couldn t diagnose what was going on and my father being a retired paramedic he cannot figure out what was going on. I've always been scared of going to a chiropractor because I didn't like the idea of having my bones cracked. Recently my mom was having some pain in her leg and she decided to go to this chiropractor that our family member recommended. I decided to give it a try and I'm sooo glad I did. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by THE most amazing and caring staff you'll ever meet and the atmosphere is so amazing, you can't help but to relax. I was very nervous at the beginning, but Dr. John made me feel very comfortable and after my first adjustment, all I felt was joy and relieve. His hands are truly anointed and you can feel how much he cares for his patients. I never really knew just how important chiropractic care is for our well being, mainly because I was never informed or I felt "fine", until I decided to go and realized how wrong I was. I really didn't expect to have my asthma symptoms go away, but after only two adjustments, my chest opened up, the tightness went away and I no longer needed to use my nebulizer. I have an inhaler with me always, but I haven't had to use it! My breathing has improved and so have my gym workouts! Thank God and Dr. John!

A year ago, I dragged myself into Bellomo Family Chiro seeking treatment for an acrobatic serpent attack that occurred during picture taking of a pond. As always, the staff welcomed me in with smiles and prayers of healing. They updated my x-rays, set up my treatment plan, began adjusting my spine to remove any interferences, removing any core pressure and began achieving muscle memory. With each adjustment my pain has eased and my function increases.

I was 21 and studying nursing in college. I injured my back during nursing school and started receiving care at Bellomo Family Chiropractic. My injury caused me to be in such extreme low back pain to the point where even moving in bed would cause me a lot of agony. The entire process at this office was very educating, teaching me not to focus on my symptoms but instead focusing on getting my spine well and keeping my spine well by removing the interference. The education process doesn't just stop there though they teach you about stretching, posture, and so much more. They were extremely patient during my process of healing always encouraging me and being in prayer and I am so thankful to the Lord for this. I want to encourage anyone who is experiencing an issue with their health to see bellomo family chiropractic and stay consistent with your treatment because it will help you to function so much better. I continue to keep up with my adjustments, going in once a week for maintenance.

I have been going to Bellomo Family Chiropractic since I was a teenager and I'm 32 years old now. I definitely haven't been going as often as I should, but when I need an adjustment I won't even consider going to anyone else. I live in Mount Dora and I will make the treck to Bellomo. Dr. John and Dr. Jo are both excellent, but my family and I prefer Dr. Jo. If you are at all squeamish about neck adjustments, which is completely understandable, see Dr. Jo. Everyone in the office is incredible - very friendly and helpful. Try Bellomo and you won't want to go to anyone else. Trust me.
I've been a patient at Bellomo Family Chiropractic since 1994. I was actually introduced to the area of chiropractic care through a radio program on which Br John touted the many benefits of that branch of care. Up until then, all I had heard about going to a chiropractor was related to accidents and other serious form of back/neck injuries, so, I didn't need it, until I learned better. As I would come to know by experience, one of the strong points of this office is it's dedication to educating the practice-members. Through different educational opportunities offered, I started making changes in many areas of my life and that of my family; in order to prepare for a healthier lifestyle. Secondly, the doctors and staff members are really about the entire family's health and work with patients to get family members into care so that the younger ones get an earlier foundation of good health. Dr. John, Dr Joe and the Bellomo staff are always finding ways to give back to the community and are very much involved with different projects or events to make a difference in the lives of other. I still go in to 'turn on the life force' as Dr John would say; really to get tuned up, removing obstructions to the free flow of life through the body's systems. Thank you.

About a month ago I was in a car accident, by the grace of God I survived a crash that should have been fatal. After getting treatment at a hospital, I was advised to follow up with a chiropractor, and of course, they gave me a list that didn t include Bellomo Family Chiropractic. As I took time to weigh my options, I thought about the Chiropractor that I use to go to with my parents in my adolescent years and Bellomo Family Chiropractic came back to mind. From the first day, I made the appointment to the present day it has been a fantastic experience. When you walk into the office, it's like stepping into the TV show Cheers, where everybody knows your name, and they are always glad that you came, from the staff at the front desk all the way to Dr. John and Dr. Joe Bellomo. The atmosphere in the office is an atmosphere of healing, both physically and spiritually. When you are taken back for an adjustment and you are given time to rest for a moment, if you take the time to listen, there is worship music that sets the atmosphere for healing. Both Dr. John and Dr. Joe along with every staff member care about each and every person as a whole. While I have no idea what awaits me in the future, but right now Bellomo Family Chiropractic is the place I will be!

Ive been coming here for a week now and I can already say nothing but good things. I came in with severe back pain and after two sessions, left with nothing! At age 21 I was injured on the job. The doctors that the company directed me to see regarding my injury refused to take a spinal x-ray. I was unable to sit up straight while driving my car. I remembered a young man from a Bible study I attended say he was a chiropractor. I decided to look up his office. His staff took the x-rays and after reviewing them he adjusted my spine. I returned to my car and noticed that I was sitting straight up. I cried and praised God. It has been 28 years since then. Although I do not live in Orlando at present, I do the best I can to have Dr. John and Dr. Joe adjust my children and I as often as possible. I noticed that when I am able to have my family adjusted regularly we stay healthy. The Office Staff has been more like family over the years. I have always felt welcomed and missed when it has been a while since my last visit. The Staff constantly has new and pertinent information regarding health readily available. I have sat through the Health Talks many times and each time I learned something. I've seen many Chiropractors over the course of my life but never achieved the desired results when not under his care. My recent experience confirms this view.
I work in a very physically demanding profession which would not have been possible had I not been visiting Dr. Bellomo on a regular basis. My children also received regular attention during this period and have benefited greatly as adults from this experience.
About six years ago I was unable to visit Dr. Bellomo any longer because of scheduling conflicts and a change of location and was forced to begin using substitutes. My condition slowly began to deteriorate. By the spring of 2018 I began suffering severe left shoulder pain. My left arm and hand became numb. I began experiencing other health issues most people would not normally associate with spinal health.
The results of an MRI and X-Rays were scary. I had developed a severe herniated disk and other spinal nerve issues which made normal life impossible. At this point it would have seemed reasonable to seek out a Physician and schedule surgery. But in a complete twist of fate my employment situation changed around the same time enabling me to return to Dr. Bellomo's clinic for help.
The results were amazing. After little more than a week the numbness in my hand and arm began to disappear and sensitivity to touch returned. The severe pain in my left shoulder began to dissipate and then disappeared a week later. I was astounded at the rate of positive change I experienced.
I will continue to visit Dr. Bellomo to promote further improvement and will post an update to this review after a follow up MRI in the future.
I hope this review will be helpful to anyone who might still have doubts about the value of quality Chiropractic care.

Every time you walk in the facility, the environment is vibrant and clean and energetic. The chiropractor and his colleagues are very nice. Dr. John and Dr.Joe are great chiropractors and heal the body with adjusting they do an amazing job with a smooth touch, I have better mobility and my body operates on a higher level.
Highly recommend to stop by and get your life changing adjustment. :)
