My email went unanswered for days. Twice I had to send a followup to get an answer and when I asked a question about quantities, I received an unclear and ambiguous answer. Clearly I was a bother to them.

I am the founder of a small business here in Miami and I cannot say enough about how attentive, helpful, kind and professional Manny and the people at Bellak were during each step of the printing process. I had thousands of boxes printed for my wellness product and they came out so, so beautifully! Manny helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for during our initial phone consultation. He measured my product so the box would fit the exact right dimensions. He printed one sample to make sure everything looked good to me. I asked for a small color adjustment because what you see on the computer screen can be different from how it looks in print, and he and his graphic design team made the adjustment no problem. Finally, I stopped by to pick up the final order and I was blown away by how crisp the colors were, how sturdy the box was, and how nice the soft-touch aqueous coating felt. It was everything I asked for and more! I will continue working with Bellak for all my printing needs and am recommending them to everyone I know!
