Bell brothers plumbing, heating and air conditioning Review

Excellent customer service from Mr. Michael Garcia. We needed many plumbing jobs done to our older home. Mr. Garcia was very skilled at every job he performed for us from installing our faucets to completely changing necessary plumbing equipment. He was everything that the commercials say he would be. Very polite and personable with a great sense of humor! He came in well dressed with his boots covered and got to work immediately. We couldn t have asked for better customer service. We were so impressed with the quality of service we received we will continue to call the Bell Brothers for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Service: Install faucet

Have had a tech come out twice this year to figure out why the new upstairs A/C unit they installed a few years ago isn t keeping the house cool. Have been told it s working fine both times. We have a downstairs unit that IS working, or it would probably be 90 upstairs and 70 outside. This is ridiculous.

Update: at 2:30 am it is 75 in the house and 65 outside. AC has been running all night and we even ran the whole house fan around midnight to cool things off in the attic.

Had a clogged drain and called the Bell Brothers who responded with can we send a technician now? Within 1 hour Devin showed up and was very professional. Showed him the problem and he went right to work. 20 minutes later my issue was resolved. 5 stars for Bell Brothers customer service and 5 stars for Devin who was professional quick and timely. I Would use them again and would recommend them too.

Service: Repair sewer

I had the techs do a check on my AC/heating unit. The 2 techs spent an hour and a half going through every part of the system. The took pictures and showed them to me after they had gone through everything with a fine tooth comb, so to speak. At the end of the visit, I was offered choices as to the next step. I chose to do nothing. There was no hard sell . The next day, I received all the information via email for my documentation of the visit. Both young me were courteous and professional. They put down drop cloth to protect the floor. They wore booties over their shoes.
I appreciated their thoroughness and candid observations.
If I need any work done on the AC/ heating unit in the future, I will call Bell Brothers.

Bell Brother s is the best!! Our case was expedited just for the asking and Scott cleared a very stubborn clog cheerfully and with seasoned skill. He happily answered all of our questions. Before leaving he went under our house and inspected all the plumbing for any signs of trouble (just part of the service).
And all this for a fee that was better than reasonable! We highly recommend Bell Brothers to everyone!!!

The gentleman who came to clean my heater unit was very nice & efficient. I also had some come to install water pipes in the basement. They were also very nice & efficient. I like using Bell Brothers.

AC was working perfectly fine until I had then come out to service for routine and that's when all the problems started Felt like when you take your vehicle to a dealership. Edited 09/15 had then put a new ac unit in and not only did the screw up my new roof costing $2450 so far after I was told they were going to cover there screw up. I have only been brushed aside, i leave messages and emails and nothing. For 19k plus 2450 in damages to my roof I will not ever recommended bell bro unless you have money to throw away and enjoy headaches. I also had to have two techs come out back to back days just a few days after the install of the ac because it was only partially hooked up.

The technicians are always helpful, knowledgeable, and so polite. They do a great job and they are super honest. Bell Bros is the BEST!

You see the two nice guys on the TV commercials and you think, "Wow, they're really nice. I'll call them when something happens." When that day comes, you call Bell Brothers and you're immediately impressed at the way they listen and communicate with you over the phone. When your technician shows up the next day, you immediately realize how fortunate you were to have called them in the first place. Bell Brothers delivers at every turn. It's amazing. I was wowed. Here's my takeaway. Bell Brothers will answer your questions. They'll give you the security they understand your situation, your problem. They'll show up the next day prepared and ready to help. Bell Brothers delivered for me. Reflecting on the whole experience, Bell Brothers is in the problem solving business.

Our air conditioner started blowing warm air. We called Bell Brothers to come diagnose the problem. Turns out it was a capacitor, but they also discovered the due to the age of the system (over 20 years old), there were other issues that with time would render the system useless. We were offered options, which would get it running again, but we saw that as a temporary fix. So we decided to replace the entire system (heat and air). Bell Brothers had several options and price ranges to choose from. We are very happy with the service and the product.
The installers, Kyle and Osvaldo were there two days later both were very professional and knowledgeable, they had the entire system replaced and running in about six hours. They even had to crane the new ac unit into place at no extra charge. Keep in mind that due to energy efficiency and environmental regulations, these systems are not as inexpensive as they were 20 years ago, but then again, what is? On the plus side they are much more efficient and environmentally friendly than 20 years ago as well.
All in all we are very pleased with the entire process.
