The business could be a lot better if the high ups actually cared about all the employees instead of favoring only the general managers and assistants. Working for Bell American has really showed that the company could careless about any of the lower managers or crew. As being one of the closing managers staying open til 2-3 am is absolutely pointless because no one comes unless they are stupidly drunk and get rude when ordering so it would be way better is the company would actually care for its employees and not let them deal with the abuse of rude customers
